Harrison Ford and Calista Flockhart‘s presence is far from shrinking.
The couple, married since 2010, appeared particularly close as they arrived at the 2025 Emmys on September 14th.
Nate Bargatze hosted the award show at the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles. Actress Calista Flockhart, known for *Ally McBeal*, wowed the crowd in a long-sleeved ball gown with a striped skirt. Harrison Ford, nominated for his first Emmy for *Shrinking*, looked sharp in a classic tuxedo. (Check out all the celebrity looks from the Emmys red carpet here.)
Despite generally keeping their relationship private, Harrison and Calista occasionally offer fans a peek into their love story. Recently, 83-year-old Harrison publicly thanked 60-year-old Calista for her support when he accepted an award at the 2024 Critics Choice Awards.
While accepting the Career Achievement award, he expressed his gratitude to his wife, saying she’s always there for him, especially when he needs her most. He jokingly added that he really needs a lot of support.
As he noted, “I’m deeply happy to have had the opportunities that I’ve had and I’m grateful.”
I’ve been following these two for ages, and it’s so heartwarming to see them together! The star of *1923* recently shared what he thinks makes their relationship tick – they first met way back at the 2002 Golden Globes, can you believe it? – and he jokingly said, ‘Hey, old people are allowed to have romance too!’ It’s just lovely to see, honestly.

He explained on NPR’s *Wild Card with Rachel Martin* that people often associate falling in love with being young, and that the real challenge isn’t finding love, but keeping it alive – maintaining the relationship, nurturing it, and avoiding mistakes.
Harrison explained that healthy relationships require daily effort, jokingly adding that everyone deserves ‘days off’ for when they misbehave.
