I’ve been eagerly awaiting Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on PS5 more than any other Xbox game that’s come to the console.
This game was initially expected to come to Sony’s platform, but a difficult release last year caused delays. The developer, Asobo Studio, needed time to fix some issues before considering a port.
According to the Polish website PPE, an announcement is expected soon, potentially in November. This timing would coincide with the game’s one-year anniversary, and it’s likely the developers are preparing updates to celebrate the milestone.
The website says physical copies will be available, but since this is a Microsoft game, the number of copies printed will likely be limited. Considering the game is designed to be updated with large downloads and data packs, it’s also possible they’ll release a version that comes with a digital game code instead of a traditional disc.
We’ve been eagerly anticipating this new simulator game for a while now, as we’re big fans of the genre. If the reports are true, we’re really excited to see it released on PS5.
