Now that you’ve enjoyed David Tennant in The Thursday Murder Club on Netflix, you can watch another of his popular series, The Escape Artist, which is now available on the streaming service.
Created by the writer of the show *Spooks*, *The Escape Artist* features David Tennant as a lawyer with a perfect record – he’s never lost a case. But when he successfully defends a client accused of a shocking murder, he finds himself facing dangerous repercussions.
The show premiered on Netflix on September 20th. It’s been shortened from three episodes to two, though the reason for this change isn’t known. Netflix has adjusted episode lengths in the past, so this isn’t entirely unusual.
The BBC series *The Capture*, originally six episodes per season, has been restructured for Netflix to include eight episodes per season.

I’m really excited about the cast for this series! Alongside David Tennant, we’ve got some incredible actors like Sophie Okonedo, Toby Kebbell, and Ashley Jensen. Alistair Petrie, Kate Dickie, Monica Dolan, Stephen Wight, and Tony Gardner are all on board too, and Anton Lesser is playing Richard Mayfield QC, which is fantastic news!
David Tennant’s new drama, The Hack, premieres on ITV this Wednesday. Written by Jack Thorne, the series explores the phone hacking scandal.
He’s also appearing in the final installment of Good Omens, though we don’t know when it will be released. He also hasn’t dismissed the possibility of coming back to Doctor Who.
David Tennant mentioned he’d consider returning to play the Doctor again, saying it would depend on the specific situation. He previously reprised the role a few years ago.
I successfully completed three consecutive tasks, and it was really enjoyable because the opportunity was limited.
You can now watch The Escape Artist on Netflix, with subscriptions starting at just £5.99 per month. Netflix is also accessible through Sky Glass and Virgin Media Stream.
