Kelsea Ballerini is dropping a bit of baggage. 

Shortly after news of her split from Chase Stokes became public, the singer of “I Hate Love Songs” responded to rumors about her being photographed leaving a hair salon in Nashville on September 21st.

Kelsea shared a TikTok video on September 23rd, captioning it with a plea for privacy, referencing paparazzi and people trying to get information outside her hair salon. She wrote, “Let us be. please.”

The 32-year-old included Ariana Grande’s song “Shut Up” in the video. In it, Kelsea, wearing a white tank top and with her hair pulled back, is shown relaxing on a couch outside, playfully moving to the music while resting her head in her hands.

Before addressing the camera, the singer of “Penthouse” drank some energy and seemed to mouth the words to the song’s line, “Maybe you should shut up.”

Kelsea and Chase, both 33, have not commented publicly on their split, but a representative confirmed to TopMob News on September 14th that they ended their nearly three-year relationship.
