In October, the much-anticipated return of One-Punch Man is expected, as the show centered around Saitama is set to resume after several years since its second season finale. Although a concrete release date hasn’t been announced yet, this year’s Anime Expo is scheduled and will reportedly unveil exciting updates on the upcoming comeback. To generate excitement, the production studio has already shared three new posters featuring some of the most grotesque monsters from the Monster Association – be warned, as you may not be ready for what awaits our beloved anime heroes!
To clarify, among the freshly introduced adversaries, there are three distinct characters: The Homeless Emperor, Ugly President, and “Black Sperm.” Each of them certainly lives up to their intriguing titles in various unusual ways and will undoubtedly pose a significant challenge for our heroes. Although no monster has managed to stand equally with Saitama thus far, it doesn’t mean the other crime fighters are out of danger by any means. Ultimately, it’s your call to judge which of these antagonists is the most repulsive, but it’s evident that One-Punch Man season three is sparing no expense in creating formidable villains. Take a peek at the initial glimpses of these new monsters below.

The Monster Association Roll Call
To date, this vile trio isn’t the only monster hinted at for season three by JC Staff. In anticipation of One-Punch Man‘s comeback, we’ve been given a more detailed glance at Monster King Orochi, Gyoro-Gyoro, Nyaan, Overgrown Pochi, Gums, and Evil Mineral Water, among others. Each of these monsters seems to have something significant planned for the world above, but it appears that the most formidable danger may be associated with the newest member of their monstrous assemblage.
To remind you of the final episode of last season, it concluded with the antagonist Garou aligning himself with the Monster Association following a fierce battle against the heroes. Although Garou is still no match for Saitama in combat, the underground monsters are eager to acquire a powerful ally in Bang’s former student.
Given that it’s been some time since the airing of One-Punch Man‘s anime, there’s a wealth of source material for its adaptation. As the printed story has progressed beyond Garou and the Monster Association, Saitama finds himself facing a new challenge, potentially one that matches his formidable strength. Given the developments in the manga, the third season is shaping up to be an exciting watch and could very well be the standout anime comeback of the year.
