Microsoft is making changes to its Game Pass subscriptions. The Core and Standard plans are being renamed to Essential and Premium, respectively. The Ultimate plan will keep its name, but now costs $29.99 per month and gives you access to more than 400 games.
As part of this offer, members will get over 75 new games each year, including all titles from Xbox Game Studios. You’ll also enjoy perks like Ubisoft+ Classics and EA Play, with Fortnite Crew being added on November 18th. We’re also promising access to online multiplayer and unlimited cloud gaming with the highest quality settings, plus the chance to earn up to $100 annually in the Microsoft Store. Learn more about the benefits!
Game Pass Premium will cost $14.99 per month and gives you access to over 200 games. Subscribers will be able to play Xbox-published games starting one year after they are released. It also includes online multiplayer, unlimited cloud gaming with faster loading times (though the video quality isn’t top-notch), and the opportunity to earn up to $50 per year in the Store.
Lastly, Game Pass Essential gives you access to more than 50 games, lets you play online with others, offers unlimited cloud gaming, and earns you up to $25 per year in the Store, all for just $9.99 a month.
