The beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is currently available for those with early access. While it’s just a preview of the final game, it’s a good way to experience the game before its official release in November.
One of the cool rewards for participating in the beta is a special Dark Ops Calling Card. These cards are usually hidden until you unlock them by completing a specific challenge, but this one’s been discovered, so I can share how to get it.
I’ve discovered a new challenge called “Best of the First,” and it seems to be exclusive to multiplayer. We’re currently investigating whether completing it unlocks anything within the Zombies mode, but we haven’t confirmed that yet.
How to get the Black Ops 7 beta multiplayer Dark Ops Calling Card
This Dark Ops challenge is pretty simple: get 1,000 kills during the beta, and you’ll unlock it.
You can see it in the picture – a really impressive feat in Call of Duty. Honestly, it wasn’t me who achieved it, though I wish it was! That was all my colleague, Cole Martin; he’s a much better player than I am.
It might seem like a lot of work, but it’s actually quite manageable. If you can dedicate some time during the beta test, most players should be able to do it. I personally still need to complete 177 more tasks.
Which brings me to the next question…how do you track how many eliminations you’ve made?
How to track eliminations and other Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta stats

The complete game will let you monitor your progress and stats, similar to Black Ops 6. However, this feature isn’t available in the beta version. So, how can you see how you’re doing?
Want to check your stats from the Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 beta? You can find everything you need on the dedicated stats website. Just enter your Activision ID gamertag and submit it to see your results.
We’ll create two images for you to share on social media. One shows your overall stats – how long you’ve played, your win/loss record, your eliminations-to-deaths ratio, total games played, and total eliminations. The other image spotlights the stats from your single best game during the beta test.
Just keep in mind that the data might be up to 20 minutes old, so it’s best to look at it *after* you’ve finished playing. Relax, get a drink, and then see how you did – you might be surprised at how well you performed!
I’m so excited – the Black Ops 7 beta is finally here! If you’re a Game Pass Ultimate member, pre-ordered the game, or managed to snag a code, you can jump in and play right now! For everyone else, it opens up on October 5th, and we’ll all be able to try it out until October 8th. Can’t wait to see what everyone thinks!
