Jodie Turner-Smith never misses an opportunity to take her daughter to set.

Jodie Turner-Smith, 39, recently shared a glimpse into motherhood, talking about how she balances filming with spending quality time with her 5-year-old daughter, Juno, whom she shares with her ex-partner, Joshua Jackson.

Jodie shared with TopMob News’ Will Marfuggi at the *Tron: Ares* premiere that the best part of her job is being able to share special experiences with her family. She specifically mentioned enjoying bringing her daughter to events like the premiere on October 6th.

When asked if her daughter, Juno, might become an actress like her and her former *Dawson’s Creek* co-star, Jodie said, “It’s hard to say what she’ll choose.” She added that Juno has endless possibilities and can achieve anything she sets her mind to.

Jodie Turner-Smith believes it’s crucial for young girls to witness their mothers pursuing their passions and enjoying their careers. She feels it’s important for little girls to see women who are happy and fulfilled, and that’s what she strives to show her own daughter.

Jodie is fully supportive of her and excited for whatever she decides to do, believing her future endeavors will be even more impressive than her own. As Jodie told TopMob, she anticipates her achieving great things.

Recently, Jodie Foster’s daughter has been publicly showing her support and admiration for her mother. For example, earlier this year, Jodie shared a heartwarming video of her daughter giving her encouragement before a Tory Burch event.

The actress shared on Instagram that before she left, her daughter reminded her to ‘be fashionable!’ She then playfully asked designer Tory Burch if she thought she’d succeeded.

Juno has already shown she enjoys fashion. Earlier this year, Jodie posted a cute video of her daughter excitedly complimenting her outfit before she went to a Tory Burch event.

I’m feeling a little emotional, but I’m also really looking forward to watching her grow up,” the *Anne Boleyn* star shared. “I just want to spend more quality time with her.

Before pursuing her dream career, Juno is focusing on her studies and starting her first year of school with great promise.

Jodie told TopMob News in March that her daughter has been reading since she was three years old, so reaching that reading level wasn’t a surprise. With kindergarten just around the corner, Jodie added that it’s a major step for her child.
