It’s currently quite easy to automatically earn a powerful, Legendary weapon in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance using a simple farming method.
This technique is a bit of a loophole, and it works because of a flaw in how one of the boss characters behaves. While the game developers will probably fix this eventually, it’s surprisingly simple to do – you can even succeed against bosses much stronger than you are!
In this quick guide, we’ll tell you how to use this AFK farming method while you still can.
AFK Farm Legendary Weapon | Blue Protocol: Star Resonance Guide
Right now, the best way to earn Legendary weapons while playing passively (AFK) is by repeatedly defeating the Muku Chief world boss. You’ll find this boss at Muku Camp, which is located on the eastern side of the Asteria Plains.
Keep in mind that this process can be time-consuming. We strongly suggest teaming up with other players who are also trying to defeat the boss. This will significantly reduce the time it takes, particularly if your character isn’t strong enough to handle the boss alone.
This strategy is most effective for ranged damage dealers like Marksman. It also works quite well for support classes such as Verdant Oracle, since healing helps secure kills. Ultimately, though, it should be viable for any class.
Okay, so the trick to beating this boss is pretty straightforward. You basically have to get its attention by attacking it – that’s how you pull aggro. Then, the key is to lead it towards the edge of the cliff. It’s a bit of a cheesy strategy, but it works!
To defeat the boss, everyone involved needs to position themselves on the ledges overlooking the area. The goal is to stay under the Muku Chief; this will quickly disable its ability to fight back, making the battle much easier!
If that situation occurs, everyone should move to the ledges and turn on Auto-Battle. From there, you and your teammates can safely defeat the Muku Chief, and eventually bring him down!
Please remember to turn off all movement abilities, Ultimates, and taunts while doing this. Using these skills can disrupt the farming process for everyone, not just yourself.
Once we get things going, the Muku Chief will be helpless. If everyone just keeps attacking him steadily, we’re guaranteed to win!
After defeating the Muku Chief, you can move to a different farming line if you want. We also suggest teaming up with other players who are farming the same boss – it simplifies switching between lines for everyone.
Other Things to Keep in Mind
When using this strategy, stick to the edges of the cliff. Don’t try to fight the boss directly, as it can be fatal. Even more dangerously, approaching the boss can trigger a powerful area-of-effect attack that wipes out everyone else on the ledges!
Also, disable any taunting skills in Auto Battle. Otherwise, the Muku Chief will start attacking players on the ledge, ruining the exploit.
Okay, so this is definitely a bit of a loophole! It’s super tricky to actually get working, and honestly, I’m guessing the developers will fix it pretty quickly. It feels like a temporary thing, so I’m trying to take advantage of it while I can!
Separate from the exploit, the game limits how many times you can defeat a specific boss each day to 50. After defeating the boss 50 times, you won’t get any more rewards. While it’s probably hard to hit that limit using this method, it’s good to be aware of it.
So, that covers everything you need to know to earn a Legendary weapon even while playing passively in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance! We hope you have good luck and get some great items.
