About

The Raiden Fighters Remix Collection is the complete edition of the classic Raiden shooting game series, a long-time favorite among gamers. It features both the Japanese and international versions of the Raiden Fighters TrilogyRaiden Fighters, Raiden Fighters 2, and Raiden Fighters Jet – all considered highlights of the series. This collection includes a total of six game versions, enhanced features, an online leaderboard, and a brand new soundtrack created by well-known composers.

First appearing in the 1990s, the Raiden Fighters series remains a beloved classic. Players were captivated by its distinctive pixel art, fast-paced action, powerful sound, and complex scoring. Now, almost 30 years after the original arcade games, the series is making a comeback on today’s consoles, a feat once thought impossible, thanks to the passionate support of its fans.

Physical Package Features Completely New Main Visual

As a huge fan of shoot ’em ups, I was so excited to see the new artwork for Raiden Fighters Remix Collection! It’s been completely re-illustrated by Hidetaka Tenjin, who you might know from awesome series like Macross and Gundam. The art is really dynamic, showing off the main planes from all three Raiden Fighters games – the original, Raiden Fighters 2, and Raiden Fighters Jet – and it’ll be on the cover of both the regular and limited edition boxes. I can’t wait to get my hands on it!
