“It’s weightlifting like every day,” she told TopMob News last month. “It’s cardio most days.”
She explained that even on difficult days, she tries to appear confident and positive – essentially, she puts on a brave face.
The 40-year-old also mentioned she doesn’t follow a strict diet and doesn’t really give or receive much dietary advice.
Ariana explained that she focuses on eating enough protein and fiber. She avoids eating a lot of carbs before bed, but otherwise doesn’t have any strict dietary rules.
The boyfriend of the former Vanderpump Rules star, Daniel Wai, is also her fitness trainer, and he says this actually makes their workouts even better.
Daniel explained to TopMob that training someone you’re dating is different than working with a regular client. However, he said Ariana thrives with that kind of approach, as she’s good at following instructions and isn’t afraid to ask for assistance when she needs it.
