Another look at the Dragon Quest 7 remake
Square Enix released a new trailer for Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined, a complete remake of the classic RPG. The game is scheduled to come out on February 5, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
The next BlazBlue game arrives in 2026
BlazBlueEntropy Effect X will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2 starting February 12, 2026.
Two BrokenLore titles arrive
Next year, fans of the scary psychological horror series BrokenLore will have two new games to play. BrokenLore: Unfollow will be available on Xbox, PC, and PlayStation starting January 16, 2026, and another game, BrokenLore: Ascend, is also planned for those same platforms.
Small talk in Tokyo
Coffee Talk Tokyo is a relaxing game where you have heartfelt conversations while serving warm drinks. It’s coming to Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch on March 5, 2026.
DAMON and BABY is headed to PC
Arc System Works revealed a trailer for their upcoming action game, DAMON and Baby, planned for release on PlayStation and PC in early 2026.
Bandai Namco unleashes DLC packs galore
Bandai Namco announced new downloadable content for Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory. A trailer revealed the ‘Additional Digimon & Episode Pack 1: Alternate Dimension,’ which will be available this winter for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.
Bandai Namco continues to add content to its games with new downloadable content (DLC) featuring Sonic the Hedgehog for PAC-MAN WORLD 2 Re-PAC, which is available now. Super Robot Wars Y will also receive DLC on November 20, 2025.
Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly Remake launches next year
Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja just released a new trailer for their remake of Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly. The game is planned to launch on March 12, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2.
Dynasty Warriors Origins gets new DLC
Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja announced more content for Dynasty Warriors Origins with the Visions of Four Heroes DLC. Players can expect it to be available on January 22, 2026, for Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2.
Fate Trigger heads to early access
The anime-inspired shooting game, Fate Trigger, is expected to enter early access in the first three months of 2026. Players will be able to experience it on Windows PC and PlayStation 5.
Monster Hunter Wilds gets another free update
Capcom announced that Update 4 for Monster Hunter Wilds will be released on December 16, 2025, for Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PlayStation 5.
PocketPair Publishing has a witchy game on the way
PocketPair is releasing a new Metroidvania game called Never Grave: The Witch and The Curse on March 5, 2026. It will be available on Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
The next Octopath Traveler game has a demo available now
The highly anticipated Octopath Traveler 0 is coming soon, and a free demo is available now! You can play the beginning of the game and even carry your progress over to the full version when it releases. It’s playable on Xbox Series X|S, PC, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch.
Elden Ring Nightreign gets even bigger this December
Bandai Namco and FromSoftware made a major announcement: a new expansion for Elden Ring, called The Forsaken Hollows, will be released on December 4, 2025, for Xbox, PC, and PlayStation.
