It seems very few people have played the game – it only has one review on Metacritic. Because of this, it doesn’t have an overall score yet, as Metacritic needs at least four reviews to calculate an average.
Despite the issues, the game has been a commercial success, selling 500,000 copies in its first week. This strong performance is consistent across all platforms – the game was released on nearly everything – and the development team is pleased with the results.
The studio hopes fans continue to enjoy Inazuma Eleven, whether they’re experiencing the latest story in South Cirrus or revisiting the series’ past games, and in whatever way they prefer.
We’re planning to share our review soon, but we’d love to know what you think of the game if you’ve already started playing! Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
