The last episodes of Bel-Air are now available in the US, and fans in the UK are eager to watch the updated version of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air soon.
The show’s release in the UK was unfortunately paused when Peacock shut down, but Jabari Banks has kept playing the role of Will Smith – and the final episode promises to be very moving.
With so many options for watching shows – from streamers and websites to regular TV – it doesn’t usually take long for a cancelled show to find a new home somewhere else.
Bel-Air is nearing its end after a successful run, but fans in the UK can still enjoy the first two seasons. The show is executive produced by Will Smith, who also starred in the original Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
Wondering where you can watch the popular series Bel-Air on Peacock? Here’s all the information you need.
How to watch Bel-Air in the UK

Currently, you can watch Bel-Air on both NOW and Amazon, but neither streaming service has every episode of the show.
You can buy the first two seasons of Bel-Air on Amazon for £11.99 each. NOW is currently only showing season two. This means seasons 3 and 4 aren’t available to watch in the UK yet.
In the U.S., you can watch the series on Peacock, NBC’s streaming service. However, the UK version of Peacock closed down in early 2024 due to strong competition from other streaming platforms.
Bel-Air’s future was uncertain, but it’s likely the show will find a new network soon. Now that all episodes are finished, it’s easier to sell to another platform. Stay tuned for updates.
The fourth season of Bel-Air will debut on Peacock in the US on Monday, November 24th, with the first three episodes available immediately. All episodes of the season will then be available to stream starting December 8th.
How many episodes of Bel-Air are there?
Once concluded, Bel-Air will consist of 38 episodes in total.
The show has three seasons with ten episodes each. The fourth and final season will have eight episodes.
Bel-Air cast: Who stars in the reboot?

The new series Bel-Air stars Jabari Banks as a reimagined version of Will Smith. The story begins when Will’s mother decides he needs a fresh start and sends him away from West Philadelphia to live with family in Bel-Air.
Adrian Holmes, known for his role in The Boys, and Cassandra Freeman, from Luke Cage, star as Phil and Viv, the uncle and aunt who take care of him when he moves to Los Angeles.
Coco Jones, known from Disney Channel, is joining Akira Akbar (from Captain Marvel) and up-and-coming actor Olly Sholotan to play cousins Hilary, Ashley, and Carlton. Carlton, in particular, was a popular character on the original show.
Jimmy Akingbola, known for his role in Kate & Koji, will play Geoffrey, the Banks family’s housekeeper. Jordan L. Jones (All Rise) and Simone Joy Jones (The Chair) are also joining the cast for the first season.
The show has expanded its cast in recent seasons with additions like Justin Cornwell (known from The Umbrella Academy), Joivan Wade (from Doom Patrol), and Lenora Crichlow (of Black Mirror), as well as other talented actors.
Tyra Banks and Janet Hubert, both original cast members from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, will make guest appearances in season four, continuing a tradition of returning favorites like Daphne Maxwell Reid, Vernee Watson-Johnson, and Joseph Marcell.

What is Bel-Air about?
I’m really enjoying ‘Bel-Air’ because, at its heart, it’s the story we all know – a young man named Will Smith leaving his life in West Philadelphia to experience a completely different world in Los Angeles. It’s fascinating to see how they’re taking that familiar setup and reimagining it!
The main difference is that while The Fresh Prince was a funny story about someone adjusting to a new, unfamiliar world, Bel-Air will take a more serious and dramatic approach to the same basic idea.
How is Bel-Air connected to The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air?

The 2022 show, Bel-Air, isn’t a direct continuation of the original ’90s series, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. That’s why all the actors are different and the new show has a more dramatic and serious feel.
Despite being separate shows, Will Smith is still heavily involved, serving as a developer and executive producer on this new version.
The series Bel-Air started with a popular fan-made trailer created by filmmaker Morgan Cooper in 2019. Will Smith saw the trailer and was impressed, which led to the development of this reimagining of the classic sitcom with a more dramatic and realistic tone.
