After publicly resolving a family disagreement earlier this year, the 64-year-old country singer celebrated his daughter’s 33rd birthday with a loving message.

The Grammy-winning artist shared a glimpse of her birthday celebration, posting black and white photos of a white cake with berries and a lit candle. She wrote that turning 33 is off to a great start thanks to everyone’s kind wishes. This year, she hopes for more joyful moments with the people who bring happiness to her life – the ones who are starting to give her smile lines. She expressed her love for all her fans and friends.

As Miley turns 33, it looks like her dad will once again be a source of her happiness, despite a previously challenging relationship.

Billy and her mother, Tish Cyrus, publicly went through a divorce in 2022. Miley later shared on the Reclaiming podcast in June that she felt very loyal to her mom, and this loyalty made the family’s separation especially hard.

Billy Ray Cyrus married Tish Cyrus (née Leticia Finley) on Dec. 28, 2003.

Before Miley was born on November 23, 1992, Billy Ray Cyrus’s former partner, Kristin Luckey, had a son named Christopher Cody Cyrus on April 8th.
