Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui Reacts to Normani DWTS Reunion

Those were Lauren Jauregui‘s girls on the Dancing With the Stars ballroom floor.

The former Fifth Harmony member was thrilled to see Normani appear briefly during Jordan Chiles’ performance in the season 34 finale on November 25th.

I was absolutely floored when I found out! I was telling Will Marfuggi from TopMob News after the show just how amazing it was to watch. Jordan’s freestyle was seriously incredible, and honestly, Mani always delivers. Every single time she’s on camera, she just kills it. Give her a challenge, and she absolutely crushes it!

Okay, seriously, watching Normani – my queen, who slayed with Val on Season 24, even though she didn’t win – and Jordan absolutely kill it and basically become the Mirrorball Trophy? It just… hit me right in the feels. I was completely obsessed watching them, honestly. It was everything!

Lauren, who was eliminated from the show with her partner Brandon Armstrong in week three, said the atmosphere was fantastic. She really enjoyed watching her friends perform so well and described the night as magical.

Returning for the final dance, the singer of “Work From Home” thought back on her journey and her efforts to succeed, especially enjoying reuniting with Brandon on the dance floor.

She said that when you’re enjoying something, you always want it to last. This experience was particularly special for her, and she expressed deep gratitude for being a part of it, especially for meeting Brandon and all the wonderful people involved.

I’ve really connected with both the professional dancers and the contestants,” she shared. “We’ve all become close, and I’m so thankful for this opportunity. It’s a truly one-of-a-kind experience, and it has everything I enjoy – the sparkle, the glamour, the dancing, and the energy.”

Jordan, who finished third alongside professional dancer Ezra Sosa, explained how she and Normani collaborated on their performance, blending Jordan’s song “Motivation” with Beyoncé’s “Bow Down.”

The Olympian shared that Normani actually approached him about being featured on his freestyle track, initially pitching the idea back in September. He wasn’t sure she was serious at first, but her manager later confirmed she was definitely interested in collaborating.

Jordan’s freestyle routine was so impressive that judge Carrie Ann Inaba called it the best she’d witnessed in the entire 20-year run of Dancing with the Stars, and it’s a performance Jordan will always treasure.

Honestly, going into this competition, I wasn’t sure I’d even make it to the end! So to hear people say my freestyle was one of the best they’ve ever witnessed? It means the world to me. It’s incredibly rewarding to know my performance resonated with people that much.

After spending 11 weeks competing on the show, Jordan—who finished in third place, behind Alix Earle and winner Robert Irwin—shared that the experience changed how she looks at life.

She explained that everyone experiences the world in their own unique way, with different thoughts, hopes, and perspectives. She then shared how thankful she was to be involved in the show, saying words couldn’t fully capture her gratitude.
