Netflix Only Have a Few Days to Watch One of the Best Family Movies on the Service

It’s common for good movies to leave Netflix each month as streaming rights change. But December will bring a bigger loss: one of the most beloved family films ever is leaving the platform soon, so viewers have just a few days left to watch it before it’s gone.

The popular 2014 movie Paddington will no longer be available on Netflix after December 1st. You have until Sunday, November 30th, to watch it.

It’s especially disappointing that Paddington is leaving Netflix now that all three live-action movies were just made available on the platform together.

Although the first Paddington movie is leaving Netflix soon, the other two films, Paddington 2 and Paddington in Peru, will still be available. However, viewers might be disappointed to only have the sequels without the original film.

What’s Leaving Netflix in December?

Several popular movies and series will soon be removed from Netflix. Paddington will be gone at the end of November, and in December, viewers will lose access to franchises like Back to the Future, Austin Powers, and Beverly Hills Cop. Other departing titles include the films Clueless and Wonka.

Several popular TV shows are leaving streaming services next month. All seasons of ‘How I Met Your Mother’ will be removed from Netflix on December 3rd, and on December 17th, fans will no longer be able to watch ‘Supernatural’, ‘Arrow’, and ‘The 100’ on the platform.

You can check out the full list of Netflix’s December departures below.

Okay, folks, let’s talk about what’s leaving streaming soon. December is shaping up to be a bit of a purge! If you’re a fan of Austin Powers, Back to the Future, or the Beverly Hills Cop movies, you’ll want to catch those before the end of the year. There’s a good dose of nostalgia with classics like E.T. and The Goonies too. For something a little more recent, Ready Player One is disappearing, along with some of the Transformers films. If you’re a TV binge-watcher, be warned: all nine seasons of How I Met Your Mother, seven seasons of The 100, eight seasons of Arrow, and all fifteen seasons of Supernatural are heading out. And if you’re into darker fare, Evil’s three seasons are also going. Honestly, it’s a pretty extensive list, so check if your favorites are here before they’re gone!
