PlayStation Plus Removing Another Game Unexpectedly in December 2025

Sony is planning to remove yet another game from its PlayStation Plus service in December 2025. Recently, the company announced nine games would be leaving the PS Plus Game Catalog on December 16th, including popular titles like Grand Theft Auto 3: The Definitive Edition, Sonic Frontiers, Battlefield 2042, and Forspoken. Now, a tenth game has been added to the list of titles being removed, and it’s published by a well-known company.

Sony recently updated the list of games leaving PS Plus soon, adding the adventure game 11-11 Memories Retold. Published by Bandai Namco, this World War I-set game is known for its beautiful watercolor graphics and features voice acting by Elijah Wood, famous for The Lord of the Rings. While the title might not be widely known, players who’ve tried 11-11 Memories Retold have generally enjoyed it.

It’s a shame that 11-11 Memories Retold is leaving PlayStation Plus, but there’s good news too! Sony recently announced that December’s free PS Plus games will include five titles: LEGO Horizon Adventures, Killing Floor 3, The Outlast Trials, Synduality: Echo of Ada, and Neon White. These games will be available to play starting December 2nd.

Sony hasn’t revealed all the games coming to the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in December yet. We do know that Red Dead Redemption, Skate Story, and SoulCalibur 3 will be added next month, but the complete list is still unknown. Sony is expected to announce the full lineup of new games on December 10th, and they’ll become available the following week on December 16th.
