Even though Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are no longer together, they’ve still been seen at movie events together and are committed to their children maintaining a relationship. Interestingly, they appear to still be paying for the house they purchased in 2023, which was listed for sale for a while before being removed from the market. She shared photos on Instagram with her 247 million followers, and many recognized the location as the home she and Ben Affleck recently purchased. It makes sense for her to use the property and enjoy it, especially if it’s not currently being sold. The house still looks fully decorated and welcoming, as if it’s a comfortable home.
People have been closely following Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, from their split to the challenges of selling their former house. After failing to find a buyer at $68 million, they decided to stop trying to sell it for now. Reports say Lopez is currently living there while she works on renovating a new property. It’s likely the house will be put back on the market again at some point.

The large space made sense, though, as they were combining their families and wanted enough room for all their children.
