Actress Amber Heard often shares glimpses of her life on Instagram, and recently posted a sweet throwback photo of her daughter, Oonagh Paige Heard, who is now four years old.
Oh my gosh, you guys, I was obsessed with Amber’s latest Instagram post! It was just the sweetest thing – she was filling up little Oonagh’s plate, and Oonagh was sitting so patiently in her highchair, wearing the cutest bib – it had little yellow and green veggies all over it! Seriously, I can’t even handle the cuteness. It was posted on November 27th, and I’ve probably looked at it a hundred times!

She announced on Instagram in May that Mother’s Day 2025 will be especially memorable. She’s overjoyed to share that she’s finally completed her family and has welcomed twins – the newest members of the Heard family!
As Amber shared the news, she also reflected on welcoming Oonagh via surrogacy in 2021.
She said her life completely changed for the better. She never imagined she could feel so much happiness, but now she does – times three! Overcoming fertility issues to become a mother, independently and on her own schedule, has been an incredibly humbling experience, and she’s deeply thankful she was able to make this careful and deliberate choice.

Amber moved to Spain in 2022 and discovered how powerful being a mother could be. She had previously talked about choosing to have her daughter, Oonagh, and raising her the way she wanted.
In 2021, she revealed on Instagram that she had decided four years prior she wanted to become a mother. She reflected on how unusual it still is for women to prioritize having a child independently of being married, and expressed hope that society will eventually accept the idea of starting a family without needing to be engaged or married first.
She ended her message by sharing a touching thought about her daughter, saying, “She’s the start of everything wonderful to come.”
