The 1988 sci-fi horror classic, Killer Klowns from Outer Space, is soon leaving Tubi for free streaming, though the exact date is unconfirmed. The film, directed by the Chiodo Brothers, lives up to its name by featuring exactly what you’d expect: killer clowns from outer space! It follows a group of teenagers who have to protect their town after a spaceship shaped like a circus tent arrives, unleashing a horde of alien creatures resembling murderous clowns that trap people in cotton candy-like cocoons.
The Marvel Cinematic Universe hasn’t featured a lot of truly major villains for the Avengers, mainly because team-up movies haven’t happened very often. While Loki, Ultron, and Thanos are strong examples, other powerful enemies like Kang the Conqueror and Galactus have been defeated in separate storylines. Galactus, for instance, was only a threat in the Fantastic Four’s universe, where they managed to beat him. Apple TV+ has quickly become a notable streaming service, even while operating at a loss. Unlike many competitors that produce a high volume of shows and quickly cancel them, Apple TV+ lets its programs find an audience. This weekend marked the debut of Season 5 of their critically acclaimed and longest-running series, For All Mankind. In a bold opening, the show presented an alternate reality where Blockbuster Video thrived and Netflix struggled, seemingly taking a jab at other streaming platforms.
The PlayStation Store has offered Apple Pay for PS5 and PS4 users for some time now, a feature added after the consoles initially launched. However, Google Pay still isn’t accepted.
