A reality TV personality revealed her intention to undergo surgery to remove her ovaries following the discovery of a tumor in one of them.
She shared with her daughters, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner, on the recent episode of “The Kardashians” (July 4th), in tears, “I visited the doctor for a scan and they discovered a cyst.”
Kris continued, “They said I gotta have my ovaries taken out.”
The 68-year-old woman, who is mother to Kourtney Kardashian, Rob Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, underwent a procedure without feeling anxious. However, she found herself deeply emotional as she prepared to give up her ovaries because those organs hold the significance of being the place where all her children were brought into existence.
As an avid admirer of life’s intricacies, I can’t help but acknowledge the poignant reality that comes with growing older. Each passing year signifies the completion of yet another significant phase in our existence. It’s a quiet yet undeniable affirmation that we’ve moved on from certain experiences and chapters, making way for new adventures to unfold.
In an additional heartfelt statement, she mentioned, “Many people inquire about my favorite job, to which I always respond, ‘mother of six wonderful children.’ My greatest treasure is the ability to bring these beautiful souls into the world.”
Just like the Kardashians always do, Kris’ loved ones swiftly showed their support following her predicament. After Kourtney phoned to inquire about Kris, Poosh’s founder empathically remarked during a confessional, “I completely understand how my mom is feeling as I would feel similarly myself.”
As a devoted admirer, I’d rephrase it this way: “For me, there’s a deep sense of sentiment attached to her feminine strength. It doesn’t diminish who she is or her past experiences, but rather adds another layer to her identity.”
Likewise, Kim empathized with Kris, saying that she feels “really sad for her.”

Regarding Kris, she expressed that she stays positive during her health experience. Interestingly enough, she playfully teased her family by threatening to shed “fake tears” upon being given a coat by Corey.
