It’s always disappointing when a movie you like disappears from a streaming service. It’s even worse when an entire series of popular films is removed at once. That’s happening on Netflix December 25th – four movies from a popular franchise will no longer be available.
For a while now, Netflix has been a place to stream the live-action Transformers movies, but that’s about to change. On December 25th, all four of Michael Bay’s Transformers films will be removed from the service, so December 24th is your last chance to watch them on Netflix.
This week, Netflix is removing the first four Transformers movies – Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, and Transformers: Age of Extinction. Only the newer film, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, will remain, but it’s a separate story from the original series.
Fans of the Transformers movies don’t need to worry – they won’t be leaving streaming services altogether, just Netflix. You can still watch all the films on Paramount+, which is where they’ve been available for a while now.
What Else Is Leaving Netflix?
With Transformers leaving on Christmas, many popular movies and shows will soon be gone from Netflix. A large number of titles are being removed on December 31st, which will be your last chance to watch them on the service. Some of the films departing include Baby Driver, The Hangover, The Goonies, Kung Fu Panda, and Mad Max: Fury Road. You’ll find a complete list of everything leaving Netflix at the end of the year below.
Here’s a list of movie and TV show titles: Agatha Christie’s Crooked House, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, Baby Driver, Blue Beetle, Blue Crush, Blue Streak, Captain Phillips, Clear and Present Danger, Coach Carter, Crazy Rich Asians, Death Becomes Her, Dirty Dancing, Doctor Sleep, Don’t Worry Darling, Dreamgirls, Fifty Shades Darker, Fifty Shades Freed, Fifty Shades of Grey, G.I.
