Stanley Kubrick’s deleted scenes….

I recently had the chance to speak with Leon Vitali, the actor from Kubrick’s Barry Lyndon, and it was fascinating. He was clearly in awe of Kubrick’s directing and ended up working closely with him for the rest of his career. Vitali shared some incredible stories about being on set, and we spent a good chunk of our conversation discussing The Shining. He talked at length about the deleted scenes, particularly an alternate ending. Apparently, it showed Wendy in the hospital after everything that happened at the Overlook, with a visit from the hotel manager. Ultimately, Kubrick decided against it, opting for the now-iconic final shot: a tracking shot through the empty hotel that lands on a photo from the 1929 New Year’s Eve party, with Jack Torrance right in the middle.

The First 10 Sinister Six Lineups, Ranked by Comic Legacy

Out of the first ten iterations of the Sinister Six, the Sinister Seven – which first appeared in 1995 – is generally considered the least impressive. Created by the Hobgoblin during the Clone Saga in Spider-Man Unlimited #9, this team’s sole purpose was to track down and eliminate Kaine, Peter Parker’s volatile clone. The lineup consisted of Mysterio, Electro, Vulture, Beetle, Shocker, and Scorpia. While they did find Kaine, he nearly defeated them all before Spider-Man intervened and rescued the villains. Ultimately, the Sinister Seven failed to achieve their objective and didn’t contribute anything meaningful to Spider-Man’s story.

Among many excellent anime released in 2025, including titles like Takopi’s Original Sin and The Summer Hikaru Died, Gachiakuta stood out and ultimately won Best New Anime. This is a notable accomplishment for a shonen series, as the genre is very crowded. One Missing MCU Star’s Avengers Future is Confusing After Latest Comments

Charlize Theron isn’t offering any clues about a possible return as Clea. In fact, she’s intentionally being mysterious. However, rumors are swirling that both Doctor Strange and Clea will appear in future films, potentially teaming up with Doctor Doom.
