Why Kristin Cavallari Is Showing Son Camden’s Face on Social Media

As a dedicated follower and admirer of Kristin Cavallari, I must say that her approach to parenting is truly commendable. She has managed to strike a delicate balance between giving her children the freedom they need at their age while still protecting them from the potential pitfalls of social media.

Kristin Cavallari knows that no one else can speak the words on her kids’ lips.

Because the former student at the Hills finds it acceptable, she is willing to let her ex-partner Jay Cutler’s 12-year-old son Camden feature on her Instagram Stories now that he feels ready to increase his presence on social media.

In a September 2nd video, Kristin, aged 37, expressed gratitude for people privately messaging her about seeing her son Camden’s face in a recent cooking tutorial. She explained that although Camden is a bit older now, he has shown interest in social media, which is the main reason why she decided to feature him.

Camden then chimed in with an enthusiastic “yeah,” prompting a giggle from his mom.

Kristin, who has Jaxon (10) and Saylor (8), both with Jay, elaborated that she’s carefully guarded their children’s online identities due to her desire to let them make the decision about their privacy when they grow up.

Of Camden, she explained, “He’s 12 going on 28, so he is mature enough to make that decision now.”

But don’t expect Camden to start livestreaming anytime soon. As Kristin told TopMob News last year, “My oldest would love to be a YouTube star. That’s not happening.”

The star from “Very Cavallari” explained further, stating that he’s not quite ready yet because his kids are still in the phase of simply being children.

She doesn’t object to Camden pursuing a career as an NFL player like his father, and she playfully comments, “I wouldn’t be shocked if, indeed, that’s part of his future.”

It’s worth mentioning that Camden made his debut as the starting quarterback in tackle football for the first time. In an exclusive conversation with TopMob News, Kristin, who is currently in a relationship with Mark Estes, shared, “He played his first game, and I found myself shedding tears the night before.”

She mentioned, “I wish to express my feelings to him genuinely, yet without appearing too dramatic and causing concern. It was incredibly emotional, but he handled it wonderfully.”

But she is not against Camden following his dad’s footsteps of becoming an NFL player, quipping, “I wouldn’t be surprised that is, in fact, in my future.”

Following the event, it’s worth noting that Camden made his debut as the starting quarterback in tackle football for the first time. In an exclusive chat with TopMob News, Kristin shared her feelings about this, mentioning that she shed tears the night prior, stating, “He had his first game and I was crying the night before.”

She mentioned, “I wish to express my feelings to him genuinely, yet not in a way that might worry him excessively. It was incredibly emotional, but he handled it beautifully.”
