Koei Tecmo is publishing and Omega Force is developing the newest installment in the series, continuing the story and featuring the exciting aerial battles fans love.

You might have heard about this already, but a new game team called Maverick – formed by developers who previously worked on Forza Horizon – has been working towards this announcement.

Katherine McNamara is no stranger to big franchises. She’s known for playing Mia Smoak in the Arrowverse, appearing in shows like Supergirl, Batwoman, and The Flash where she consistently delivered strong performances. Beyond that, she’s starred in projects like The Stand, Shadowhunters, Air Force One Down, and Walker: Independence, all of which demonstrate skills and experience that would fit perfectly into the world of She-Ra.

Here’s the most recent trailer, showing off yet more gameplay of this action RPG sequel to Control.

The game features a “Q Boy” device that creates a 3D world based on the 2D game visuals you see on screen. This lets you play through levels in both 2D and 3D simultaneously.

The basic idea is this: two enemy agents, Layla and Cross, are forced to team up to fight a dangerous enemy that neither of them could defeat on their own.

The latest trailer is entirely cinematic, but don’t worry, the single-player story will be playable for the press at SGF this week – it’s a real game, not just a fancy video!
