Spencer Pratt Reveals Why He Missed BFF Brody Jenner’s Wedding

Spencer Pratt simply couldn’t be two places at once.

A Hills alumnus explained why he missed Brody Jenner and Tia Blanco’s July 12 Malibu wedding, stating that he and his wife, Heidi Montag, chose to attend Holly Montag’s wedding instead.

Following a question on TikTok about his absence from Brody’s wedding, the reality star explained on July 13 that his wife Holly was getting married at the same time. He also shared a photo of himself with his sons Gunner (7) and Ryker (2), possibly at his sister-in-law’s wedding.

In this photo, Spencer, aged 41, flashes a broad grin as he cradles Ryker with one arm and embraces Gunner with the other. Both boys are dressed in coordinating, wedding-appropriate pastel green outfits, while their dad wears a brown suit and sneakers.

The TikTok video he was responding to featured Spencer, Heidi, and their boys dancing to the song “No Broke Boys” by Tinashe. This dance routine was initiated after Ryker asked for the popular tune during a car ride. In the caption of the video, he humorously mentioned that they were on their way to visit his in-laws.

Although Spencer and Heidi couldn’t attend Brody’s wedding, the well-known reality star’s father, Caitlyn Jenner, was prominently present at the ceremony, which took place at Linda Thompson’s residence – Brody’s mom – despite some past difficulties in their relationship.

Although Brody and Tia, who are parents to 23-month-old daughter Honey Raye Jenner, have not posted pictures from their wedding, the professional surfer expressed joy about getting married during his bridal blessing the previous day.

On Instagram, Tia, aged 48, penned: “A day I’ll always treasure, never to be forgotten.” She shared several images from her pre-wedding ceremony, accompanied by the caption. “I am fortunate to have the most wonderful friends in the world,” she expressed. “Thank you for gracing our wedding with your presence tomorrow and making us feel so cherished and special. My heart is filled with immense gratitude for my sisterhood.

Brody, 41, expressed his love for his now-wife after he proposed in the middle of Tia’s baby shower ahead of Honey’s birth back in 2023.

Brody expressed his excitement for their upcoming love by writing on Instagram, “Can’t wait to cherish you,” alongside a video of the proposal. Prior to the proposal, he addressed the guests, expressing gratitude for their presence and appreciation, saying, “I want to thank each of you for joining us today. We truly appreciate it. Love you all. And here’s to celebrating!
