We still follow the same process, but things work a bit differently now that our team has grown. When we initially reset things, we were a small group of 25 people, making it easy to identify the biggest issues. Now that we have 120 people, those problems are distributed across different teams. For example, an issue might go directly to the UX team, who then handles it within their area. We all agree on the top problems and improvements, and what level of quality is acceptable, before work begins. Occasionally, we identify issues that affect everyone, requiring contributions from all five internal teams, which adds complexity due to our larger size – essentially multiplying the effort across those teams.
