Ezra Sosa deserves a gold medal for this performance.
Just a month after finishing third on season 34 of Dancing With the Stars, pro dancer and Olympic gymnast Jordan Chiles playfully responded to gossip about whether they’re dating.
In a TikTok video posted on December 28th, Ezra – who shared he is gay in June 2022 – showed an online article suggesting he and someone else were secretly engaged. He then playfully appeared on camera, smiled, put on sunglasses, and blew a kiss to viewers.
In the caption, the 25-year-old simply wrote, “Plot twist of the mf century.”
Ezra enjoyed playfully correcting inaccurate information, but he became more serious when defending Jordan during her season of Dancing With the Stars. He strongly denied rumors that she was unkind, stating they were completely untrue.
I’ve been following Jordan and me for a while now, and honestly, it feels like we’re just a brother and sister. That’s how he described our relationship in a video he posted on Instagram last October, and I couldn’t agree more!
Ezra clarified a misunderstanding after viewers misinterpreted a lighthearted exchange during the live show, where Jordan playfully asked him to put her down after he lifted her up.

It really hurts to hear that, because that doesn’t reflect my experience with her at all. She’s an amazing person, and I’m incredibly grateful she’s in my life. We allow each other to be ourselves, and while our relationship might not appeal to everyone, I cherish it, and we’re navigating life together in a way that feels truly special.
Ezra added, “And I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure that it is reflected as such.”
Jordan also talked about her relationship with Ezra, assuring fans that everything was good between them at the time.
She shared on Instagram that they have a great connection, joking and laughing a lot online. She then asked fans to continue voting, saying she didn’t want their support to drop because of rumors or misunderstandings.
Jordan shared that they joined the show hoping to have fun and start a fresh, exciting part of their life. They expressed gratitude to everyone who supported them, saying, “I appreciate you all, and I love you guys!”
Ezra and Jordan became friends on season 34 of Dancing With the Stars, but they aren’t the only couple to find a connection on the show. Here are some other love stories that blossomed off the dance floor.

The season 33 partners dated for about seven months between 2024 and spring 2025.

Is Alek’s interest in Emma genuine, or just for show? Alek gets flustered and avoids talking about his feelings, simply saying “no comment” to TopMob News, which suggests he really did have a crush. However, Emma quickly moved on after her relationship with Skarlatos in 2015, implying that even if there was something there, it wasn’t a serious connection.
