Catelynn Lowell Baltierra’s family is carrying on a tradition.
Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee’s brother, Nicholas Radtke, announced that he and his girlfriend, Emma Smith, are expecting a baby.
Nick announced on Instagram on December 25th that he and his partner are expecting a baby, calling it the best gift he’s ever received.
The future father recently announced he and his girlfriend are expecting a baby! He shared a Christmas card featuring the couple holding a baby onesie, with a message saying they’re thrilled to soon become a family of three. They’ve named the baby Radtke and are excited for their arrival.
Catelynn and her husband, Tyler Baltierra—who first became known on the MTV show 16 & Pregnant in 2009—haven’t commented on the news, but their Teen Mom co-star Rachel Beaver has expressed her excitement for them.
She commented, “Congratulations! You’re going to be wonderful parents. I’m so happy for both of you!”
For over a year, Nick has publicly shown his affection for Emma on social media, demonstrating a solid relationship. He even started 2025 by sharing a photo of them together on Instagram, saying he was entering the new year with the woman he fell in love with in 2024.
Nick’s relationship with Catelynn is much more strained. He posted a video on Instagram in January, set to Coldplay’s song “Sparks,” and wrote that things were difficult, saying he felt closer to people online than to his own family.
In 2023, Catelynn responded to accusations from Nick that Tyler had been making unkind remarks about her weight, specifically claiming he called her a “heifer.”

In an August 2023 Instagram post, she accused her brother of building a following based on falsehoods, stating, “You’re the only one who’s ever called me fat!”
I’m sharing this because if he’s trying to gain popularity by mentioning me, that’s his choice. But I want his followers to know who he is and what kind of person they’re supporting.
Keep reading to find out what former Teen Mom cast members are doing now, and to see which couples from the MTV show are still together.

Fans first met Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra on the first season of 16 and Pregnant in 2009, when they made the heartbreaking decision to put their daughter, Carly, up for adoption. The couple, who are now married, tied the knot in August 2015 after 13 years together and have since welcomed three more daughters: Novalee, Vaeda, and Rya.
It absolutely kills me that Carly’s still not back with us, living with Brandon and Teresa Davis, her adoptive parents… but honestly, seeing Brandon and Teresa? They just don’t give up, they’re still fighting for a happy ending for her, and it’s… it’s everything. It just breaks my heart, but they’re so strong.
Catelynn shared with TopMob News in January 2025 that she and Tyler want to respect their daughter’s wishes regarding their relationship. She explained they’re open to any level of connection – whether it’s with her biological siblings or with them as her adoptive parents – and will fully support whatever she decides is best for her, prioritizing her needs as an adoptee.

Maci Bookout and Ryan Edwards were still dating for less than six months when she found out she was pregnant, and their relationship difficulties were documented on the show 16 and Pregnant. Despite getting engaged, the couple broke up less than a year after their son, Bentley, was born in 2008.
Maci and Ryan are currently working on having a healthy co-parenting relationship. In 2023, she told TopMob News that things are going well, and Ryan is being more reliable as a father than in the past.

Maci met Taylor McKinney in 2012, and they quickly became a couple. They started a family with the arrival of their daughter, Jayde, in May 2015, followed by their son, Maverick, a year later. They got married in Florida in October of the same year.
They’re partners in both life and business, running their fashion brand, TTM Lifestyle. In a 2023 interview with TopMob News, she described him as her soulmate, saying that even through difficult times, she always chooses him. She admitted they have their disagreements – sometimes she even feels like she wants to fight him – but she’d rather work through challenges with him than not have a relationship at all.

Even though they’ve both started dating other people, the stars from the MTV show The Challenge are still working together to raise their daughter, Ryder.
From the start of Cory’s relationship with Ryder, we always discussed the type of father and parent he wanted to be,” Cheyenne told TopMob News in March 2020. “I didn’t want him to be the type of dad who just focuses on fun outings or social media appearances. I wanted him to be fully committed. I think he recognized my expectations early on, and that’s why we’re able to co-parent so effectively.

Cheyenne and Zach briefly broke up in 2018 but decided to try dating again. She announced on Instagram, while celebrating her 28th birthday, that they were back together. They then welcomed their son, Ace, in May 2021, and got married in September 2022.
In 2024, Cheyenne told TopMob News that the past two years had been about achieving big life goals. They welcomed their baby, Ace, got married, and purchased a home – everything they’d been hoping for.
She continued, saying she simply didn’t want to do anything or strive for any goals. All she wanted was to relax, be peaceful, and enjoy being with the people around her. She didn’t need anything more than that – just contentment and connection.
Cheyenne revealed she was pregnant with her third child during an episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter in May 2025.
Zach shared with Us Weekly that he and his partner had a lot of back-and-forth about having a baby. He initially wanted one, then she did, but then he changed his mind. Eventually, they both agreed and decided to try.

You might be surprised to hear that some real connections can happen in the most unexpected places! I’ve seen it firsthand, and Cory and Taylor Selfridge are a perfect example. They actually met while filming Ex on the Beach, and now, years later, they’re happily raising their two adorable daughters, Mila and Maya. It just goes to show you, love can blossom anywhere!
He told TopMob News in 2023 that he and his partner recently purchased a home. He acknowledged everyone is curious about their wedding plans, saying they’ve discussed it and are working towards it. He explained they just need to set a date and he needs to propose, adding that it’s something both he and his partner want, and he wants to give his partner the special moment she deserves. They’re currently taking the necessary steps to make it happen.

Shortly after marrying Mackenzie Standifer in May 2017, Ryan entered rehab. Their son, Jagger, was born in 2018 while Ryan was still receiving treatment.
Mackenzie and her husband had a daughter named Stella in January 2020, but she filed for divorce three years afterward.
Ryan recently got engaged to Amanda Conner, and they are expecting their first child, a daughter named Presley, in February 2025.

Despite a famously rocky relationship that ended in 2013, the couple successfully co-parented their daughter, Leah, who is now a teenager, for many years.
Amber told TopMob News in January 2022 that while they enjoy each other’s company, they maintain some space in the relationship. However, she emphasized that things are going well, and they function more like a family than just a couple.
Families often have disagreements, and Amber and Gary are no exception. Lately, Amber has publicly shared accusations against Gary on social media, indicating a strained relationship. Her issues with Leah have also been playing out on the show Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.

After being together for several years, getting engaged, and even trying to work through their issues on Marriage Boot Camp, Amber and Matt Baier, who moved to Boston, ended their engagement in 2017.
Amber explained on Dr. Drew Pinsky’s podcast that she and her partner reached a breaking point where they stopped really listening to each other and simply stopped caring about the relationship. She admitted to emotionally shutting down and building a wall to protect herself from further hurt.

Amber found love while filming Marriage Boot Camp with a crew member named Andrew Glennon. They first appeared as a couple at the 2017 MTV Movie Awards, and in May 2018, they welcomed their son, James.
Amber and Andrew separated shortly after Amber’s arrest for domestic battery in July 2019. Following a difficult legal dispute, Andrew, who is from California, was granted full legal and primary custody of their son in 2022.
The reality TV star shared with TopMob News that she’s been working hard on personal growth and strengthening her bond with her kids. She explained that while she’s always been open about her history with addiction and mental health challenges, everyone deserves a chance to move forward and not be defined by past mistakes.
She was resolute, saying, “Even if life hasn’t been easy, if you’ve made an effort to grow into a stronger, kinder person, keep going—I will too. My love for my children drives me, and I’ll always fight for them.”

Amber met Dimitri Garcia online, and he first appeared on Teen Mom OG in April 2020. Amber described him on the show as a handsome 39-year-old—ten years her senior—and explained that they connected online before deciding to meet in person.
During the April 2021 Teen Mom OG reunion, Amber shared that she was still with Dimitri, explaining they’d been seeing each other for 18 months, but hadn’t seen each other in a year. While they never publicly broke up, Amber introduced a new boyfriend, Gary Wayt, on the June 2024 episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter.

Amber met Gary 2.0 on a dating app in the fall of 2023, and he quickly became more involved after she introduced him to her fellow cast members during an online conversation.
Although Gary proposed in May 2024, their engagement didn’t last long. During a trip to North Carolina for her brother’s wedding in June, he left after an argument, and Amber filed a missing person’s report.
And while Gary was soon located, the duo’s engagment wasn’t the only thing left broken.
Amber shared on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter that she went through a terrifying experience, believing her fiancé had died for several days. She described the pain of grieving and struggling to understand why anyone would intentionally cause her such distress, emphasizing how deeply affected she is by the situation.
She explained, “He really shattered me. I was doing well, emotionally stable, but for the first time in years, I feel completely lost and upset, and it’s all because I got engaged.”

Gary and Kristina Anderson had a daughter, Emilee, in April 2015, and later that year, they got married in a lovely beach ceremony.
In a 2022 Instagram post, Gary shared how much he appreciated someone, calling them one of the most beautiful people he knows and saying he couldn’t manage life without their support.

Farrah Abraham’s daughter, Sophia, was born in December 2008, two months after her father died in an accident.

After losing her high school boyfriend, Farrah’s first significant relationship was with real estate agent Simon Saran, and they dated on and off for more than two years.
Their breakup in 2017 was really messy, even involving legal letters, but they attempted to stay on good terms – with limited success.
Simon explained to TopMob News that he wasn’t angry with Farrah, but that they simply had very different lifestyles. He felt she preferred a superficial existence, while he valued authenticity. He expressed his good wishes for her future success.

Jenelle Evans and Andrew Lewis, parents of Jace, separated shortly after he was born in 2009. Jenelle wasn’t very involved in raising her son after the split.
Jenelle admitted she felt conflicted because Jace’s father was involved, as she shared on a 2019 episode of Teen Mom 2. However, she explained she knew his pattern and didn’t want him to repeatedly enter and leave her son’s life, potentially causing disappointment.

Jenelle Evans has had a complex romantic history. She was married to Courtland Rogers and later had a son, Kaiser, with Nathan Griffin in 2014. In September 2017, she married David Eason on their property in North Carolina, after they welcomed their daughter, Ensley, eight months prior.
Following a difficult period where David faced a misdemeanor charge of child abuse involving Jace – which Jenelle believed was a false accusation – she announced they were separating.
She said she would have gotten divorced immediately if North Carolina law hadn’t required a year of legal separation first. She also explained that they needed to demonstrate they were living at different addresses to meet the legal requirements.
Their divorce was finalized in July 2025.

Do you remember the guy who asked Chelsea Houska when he could finalize the paperwork to deal with their child? He referred to their child as a ‘mistake’.
Completely in the rearview.
You know, life throws you curves, and sometimes the most unexpected relationships blossom. I’ve definitely learned that! For me, that means I actually have a really good relationship with my oldest daughter Aubree’s dad, Adam Lind. It’s honestly a relief – there’s no drama, no negativity, just open communication. We see each other from time to time, and it’s genuinely… nice! It just works, and I’m grateful for that co-parenting dynamic.

Chelsea and Cole DeBoer’s love story started with a chance encounter at a gas station in 2014, and they married in October 2016. They later welcomed their son, Watson, in 2017, and their daughters, Layne in 2018 and Walker in 2021. Most recently, the couple began a new venture together: their HGTV show, Down Home Fab.
I’ve been following Chelsea for a while now, and she recently shared why she decided to return to television. She said if she was going to do it, it had to be something fun and uplifting, a chance to really let her true personality shine through. She felt like this project was the perfect opportunity to do just that – it just felt right to her, and honestly, as a fan, it feels right to me too!
Chelsea shared with TopMob in June 2025 that many of her friends feel finished having children, but she isn’t sure if she’ll ever feel the same way.

Leah Messer and Corey Simms tried to make their friendship into a lasting marriage, but the parents of twins Aleeah and Aliannah divorced just six months after getting married in October 2010.
Corey has been married to Miranda Patterson since 2013.

I was so happy for Leah when she married Jeremy Calvert in 2012! Then, the following year, they had a beautiful daughter, Adalynn, and it felt like their family was complete.
Even after their breakup in 2015, they’ve tried to share parenting responsibilities for their daughter, though it hasn’t always been easy.
Leah shared with TopMob News that watching her daughters grow is like seeing a fuller, happier version of herself. She finds it incredibly rewarding to support their passions and be involved in their lives, describing it as a magical experience. She especially loves being a mom to girls.

Leah and her daughters all quickly fell for Jaylan Mobley, a United States Army officer, before they publicly announced their relationship on Instagram in 2021.
The couple announced their engagement in August 2022, but broke up that October.
Looking back, that breakup was exactly what I needed. It’s funny, a year later I was telling TopMob News how much I’ve grown from it. Honestly, it feels like a fresh start, like my life is really just getting going now.

Kailyn Lowry became a mom at 17 when she and her high school boyfriend, Jo Rivera, had their first child, Isaac, in 2010.
Despite ending their romantic relationship a year after their son was born, Kailyn and Jo have established a successful co-parenting relationship. They even co-hosted the podcast Baby Mamas No Drama together for several years, with Jo’s wife, Vee Torres. Kailyn shared on social media after attending Jo and Vee’s wedding in 2018, “We’ve both grown a lot since we were 18, and I couldn’t ask for a better stepmom for Isaac.”

Kailyn’s son Lincoln was born in November 2013, about a year after she married Javi Marroquin. Kailyn was a star on Teen Mom 2 at the time.
The couple separated in late 2016 and have had a somewhat difficult relationship since then as they’ve both started new chapters in their lives.
Kailyn Lowry began dating Elijah Scott, while Javi Marroquin married Lauren Comeau in a small, private ceremony on Vero Beach, Florida, in April 2025. Lauren shared on Instagram that only Javi’s father, their children Eli and Maizee, and their pastor were present. They are planning a larger reception with family and friends this summer. Lauren explained that everyone was supportive, and Javi’s mother had already been able to share in their sons’ milestones. They wanted the ceremony to be a special and intimate experience for their children and family, and for Lauren’s father to walk her down the aisle.
In August 2025, several months after their June beach wedding, the couple announced they were expecting their third child. Javi shared the news on Instagram, calling the baby a “honeymoon souvenir” and praising his wife as a strong and amazing mother. He expressed how lucky they both are to be growing their family again.

Kailyn and Chris Lopez, despite having two sons, Lux and Creed, together during their complicated relationship, ultimately broke up.
She told TopMob News in 2020 that they weren’t currently speaking. While she hoped things would improve eventually, she didn’t have any strong expectations. She added that she didn’t harbor any ill feelings and simply wanted the best outcome for their children, however that might look.

Kailyn felt she’d found a solid partnership with construction worker Elijah, who is father to her son Rio and twins Verse and Valley. She told People that their relationship was different from her previous ones. While Elijah’s job is physically demanding – he works with concrete and isn’t afraid to get dirty – he’s also very family-oriented, deeply connected to both his own family and theirs. Kailyn feels they are a great match and he’s been a wonderful partner.
A strong enough one that she finally said yes to one of his many proposals, in fact.
Kailyn told TopMob News in September 2024 that her now-partner, who was originally a neighbor, proposed to her multiple times. She explained that she never rejected him, but always responded with, ‘Yes, but not yet.’
Ultimately, though, the timing wasn’t right, Kailyn revealing in July 2025 that they had split.
She explained on the Give Them Lala podcast that she receives criticism for ending relationships with her children’s fathers. She said she left those relationships because she refuses to tolerate mistreatment.

Jade Cline, from Indiana, and Sean Austin have faced challenges since their daughter, Kloie, was born in 2017, but in January 2022, Jade hinted to her followers that things were improving for them.
She told TopMob News that they’d experienced significant positive changes in their lives, especially for Sean and his future. She expressed how proud she was of him and of where they were as a couple. They announced their engagement eight months later and married in October 2023.
Jade admitted in a 2024 interview with TopMob News that her relationship isn’t flawless, but emphasized that she and her partner share a strong love and are committed to making things work.

Ashley Jones and Bar Smith, who are both from California, got married in a private ceremony in 2021. They had welcomed their daughter, Holly, four years earlier.
But after calling off their romance several times, Ashley officially filed for divorce in 2024.

Briana DeJesus, who first appeared on 16 and Pregnant, and her daughter Nova’s father, Devoin Austin II, briefly considered getting back together years after Nova was born in 2011.
In a 2024 interview with TopMob News, Briana explained that she’s now looking for a mature, established man, saying she’s tired of dating younger or less serious partners.

Briana first appeared on the show Teen Mom 3 for one season. She then joined the cast of Teen Mom 2 starting with season eight and welcomed her second daughter, Stella, with her ex-boyfriend, Luis Miguel, in July 2017.
Luis hasn’t been consistently involved in Briana’s life. As she shared with Dr. Drew on a December 2019 episode of Teen Mom 2, she believes Luis wants to start a family with her, and because she’s not ready for that, he’s chosen to distance himself completely.
