The anime series My Hero Academia will conclude with a final season titled “More,” planned for release in 2026. This season will adapt the epilogue from the original manga. Before that, fans can look forward to the return of characters from My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, as the second season of that series begins this month. While Vigilantes takes place before Deku’s time at UA Academy, the new season will feature some known heroes, including a prominent pro hero confirmed in a recent preview.

Although Kohei Horikoshi didn’t create My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, the series ran for a long time, publishing hundreds of chapters. This suggests the story of Crawler could continue for many seasons beyond the second one. The preview for the season two premiere features Fat Gum and Aizawa, but you can also expect to see younger versions of other popular heroes from the main series. Keep an eye out for some familiar young villains returning too!
Fans are excited for the return of My Hero Academia this year with new episodes that will reveal what happens next for Deku and his friends as adults. There’s also speculation about another movie, as Studio BONES hasn’t said if the last film was the final one.
