Here’s what happens when you reach Prestige Master in Black Ops 7 — all the rewards, new challenges, and unlocks

Players who enjoy completing challenges and leveling up in Call of Duty will find plenty to do in Black Ops 7.

As a gamer, I love that there’s *always* something to chase in this game. Whether it’s unlocking cool Calling Cards, completing tricky Dark Ops missions, earning those awesome Mastery Camos, progressing through the Battle Pass, or just grabbing new cosmetics and blueprints, there’s a constant sense of challenge and reward around every corner. It keeps things fresh and exciting!

Reaching Prestige Master isn’t the finish line—it’s just the start of an exciting new adventure. After that, you’ll begin striving for Prestige Legend, a goal very few players will ever achieve. Here’s a breakdown of what happens next, what rewards you’ll earn, and what you can aim for.

Black Ops 7 Prestige Master unlocks

You unlock Prestige Master when you reach Level 56 while at Prestige 10. Unlike other Prestige levels, you don’t start back at Level 1 – you continue playing from where you left off, at Level 56.

Reaching Prestige Master instantly gives you rewards, like a unique operator skin. Then, as you continue leveling up – just like with other Prestige levels – you’ll unlock more items along the way, culminating in the Sigil Fire AK-27 Blueprint at Level 90.

Just like in Black Ops 6, you’ll reach the end of the leveling grind at Level 1,000. Starting at Level 100, and then every 100 levels after that, you can unlock and use special icons from older Call of Duty games instead of the standard ones.

Also unlocked at Prestige Master 100 are the first Title Challenges and Level Colors.

Just a reminder: reaching Prestige Master permanently unlocks all weapons and Scorestreaks. However, unlocking weapon attachments still depends on leveling up each weapon individually, separate from your overall XP progress.

Prestige Master Title Challenges and Level Colors

Black Ops 7 introduces two new features: Prestige Master Title Challenges and customizable Level Colors. With Level Colors, you can choose what color displays alongside your player level, with options ranging all the way up to the popular Dark Matter skin, which unlocks at level 1,000.

You automatically get new color options as you level up, but earning special titles requires completing specific challenges.

As you can see in the image, I unlocked the “Professional Title” by finishing 100 Contracts in Warzone. Each of the game’s four modes has its own set of Title Challenges, which you can start working on from level 100, and then again every 100 levels after that.

Completing each Title Challenge gives you 25,000 XP. If you do these during a double XP event or while using an XP token, you can quickly earn enough to level up.

Players can reach Prestige Legend, which is level 1,000, and unlock the corresponding title. If you fully complete all four game modes, you’ll also earn a special title recognizing your achievement.

The only drawback is that your game progress isn’t saved until you reach certain milestones, called Title Challenges. For instance, you might unlock a challenge for getting 5,000 eliminations in Multiplayer, but it only begins tracking your eliminations *from that moment on*. Everything you did before doesn’t count towards the challenge; it’s like starting over.

Some of these challenges are simple, while others are incredibly difficult. For example, you might have to defeat 666,666 zombies! They’re meant to be tough, and completing them all will take a significant amount of time and effort.
