Rachel Brosnahan is going back to blonde.

The Emmy-winning actress looked quite different while shooting her new movie, Slingshot, in Los Angeles on January 7th. She recently changed her hair color to a lighter shade, making her almost unrecognisable.

Rachel looked happy and radiant on set, sporting newly dyed honey-brown hair styled in loose waves. She was wearing a long black raincoat with burgundy joggers and UGG boots.

Although people are noticing the actress’s new hairstyle, she’s shared before that she’s naturally blonde.

She revealed in a 2020 PopSugar interview that she first dyed her hair a very dark color at age 16 and didn’t return to blonde for almost a decade.

She went on to say that even though she’s naturally blonde and usually believes in embracing who you are, she genuinely feels more like herself when she has dark hair. It’s something she’s always felt, and she isn’t sure why.

Although Rachel has sported red hair in the past, she feels more like herself with darker hair.

She explained that when she has dark hair, she feels most like herself. But when she dyes her hair blonde, she sees a playful, though somewhat different, version of who she is.
