The digital “Guidebook Edition” of Metaphor: ReFantazio, originally announced in October 2025, is now available for $79.99, £65.99, or €79.99. Publisher ATLUS and developer Studio Zero announced that players who already own the game can upgrade to this edition for $14.99.

As a huge fan of Metaphor: ReFantazio, I was so excited to get the Guidebook Edition! It comes with a really helpful 55-page digital strategy guide – sadly, it’s only in English. It’s basically a streamlined version of the big 592-page guide from Future Press, and it’s perfect for getting started. It walks you through the story and how everything works, and then gives you a complete walkthrough of the first part of the game. What I really like is that it doesn’t just stop there – it gives you a plan for the rest of your adventure, helping you get the most out of the game and level up efficiently. It’s a lifesaver!
