Jason Segel and Kayla Radomski won’t be forgetting this sweet occasion.

One year after getting engaged, the stars of Shrinking and So You Think You Can Dance had a celebration with their family and friends.

Kayla celebrated her engagement party at Cannonball restaurant in Pasadena, California, and shared a glimpse of the event. She posted a photo to her Instagram Stories on January 11th showing guests enjoying drinks with personalized napkins that announced the happy news and displayed the couple’s names. She looked stunning in a floral mini dress by Vivienne Westwood.

In a short video, Jason, dressed in a black suit with a white shirt and tie, and Kayla shared a heartwarming message. Standing next to Kayla, the 45-year-old Jason excitedly said, “I can’t wait to marry Kayla!”

Meanwhile, the dancer was sure to thank their guests for attending after Jason’s speech.

She expressed her gratitude, thanking everyone for coming. She explained that they had all touched her life in some way, and she was thrilled to be able to share this moment with them.

Wedding planning is still a lot of work, but they’re looking forward to what comes next.

“It’s effortless, really,” shared Kayla, 34, with TopMob News at the 2025 Emmys, where her husband Jason was nominated for a comedy acting award. “We’re on the same page about everything, and it’s just a wonderful feeling – like a dream come true!”

With their wedding approaching, the couple has been reminiscing about fun dates from last awards season. Kayla has consistently supported Jason, even during his nominations for the show Shrinking.

She shared on Instagram how incredibly proud she was of her loved one after the award show. Seeing their success fills her with joy, and she believes they truly earned the recognition through dedication and effort. She feels fortunate to witness their talent and to share her life with them.
