5 Coronation Street spoilers for next week
1. Ben Driscoll is close to discovering Will’s disturbing secret

Eva acts surprised when Leanne mentions wanting to buy Maggie’s share of the pub, but it quickly becomes clear to the difficult mother-in-law what Leanne is really up to.
Arguments erupt when Leanne offers £160,000 for her part of the business, and things get chaotic when Maggie trips over Leanne’s bag. Meanwhile, Ben starts to feel sick while bringing in the beer delivery, experiencing chest pain and a racing heart.
After Megan explained she needed to leave for a bit, Will started to worry she might be sick. They were both at the emergency room, not knowing that Will’s father was also on his way there.

Okay, so things are… complicated. We see a temporary peace between Eva and Maggie, thankfully, because Ben really needs them to focus on him right now as he recovers. Meanwhile, Will is practically begging Megan to break up with Daniel – it’s clearly eating him alive watching them together. And in a surprising turn, Megan actually goes to dinner with Will, and I have to say, his apology for rushing things felt genuine and really seemed to thaw the ice between them. It’s a small moment, but it felt significant.
However, when he suggests reporting the teen to Mrs Crawshaw for harassment, she’s stunned.

Later in the week, Will is surprised to see an old friend, Lee, who used to run with him back in Hull. Lee receives a phone call from Megan and then suggests they meet in a narrow alleyway.
What is their game?
2. Jodie Ramsey makes it her mission to ruin Shona Platt

Now that she was alone with Shona, Jodie decided to bring up old grievances and confront her sister for leaving her to deal with their difficult parents. It was clear she intended to make Shona look bad, and she started telling Lily negative things about their shared history.
The next morning, while the siblings were getting breakfast at Roy’s Rolls, Jodie suddenly panicked when she saw Kit and ran off. Shona, curious about what happened, turned to the police officer for answers when Jodie wouldn’t explain.
He said they met in the woods close to Connelton after the accident, and he discovered her wrists were tied with cable ties. He believed she was attempting to get away from someone.

Jodie goes to a support group for people experiencing domestic violence and carefully listens to another member share her story of abuse. Back at home, she becomes overwhelmed and starts to fall apart, which Bethany notices and brings to the attention of David and Shona.
Jodie volunteers to help out at the café while Nina is away, and shares a playful connection with Carl. Abi cautions her about getting involved, and meanwhile, at the hospital, Shona reveals to David that she’s searching for their father to understand the past.

3. Nina Lucas is suspicious of Roy Cropper’s penpal
While still trying to figure out who his secret pen pal is, Roy starts writing another letter to Alice. Nina jokingly suggests he and Alice should become more than friends, and Roy is really hurt by the comment.
Later, the two begin to discuss Alice’s authenticity and that it’s unlikely that she’s a catfisher.
But is she everything that she seems?
4. The memory of Hayley Cropper could reunite Carla Connor and Lisa Swain

Betsy tries to fix things between Carla and Lisa, hoping they’ll reconcile. Meanwhile, Roy is feeling sad as it’s the anniversary of his wife Hayley’s death, and he plans to go to the lake where he released her ashes.
After talking things over, he encouraged Carla to try and reconcile with her former fiancé, believing Hayley would want her to find happiness. Carla realized Hayley would have wanted the same for him.
The following day, Carla was surprised to receive a lunch invitation from Lisa, delivered by Ryan. She immediately wanted to reply, but she silenced her phone during a lunch meeting with a client at the hotel.

Lisa was incredibly upset after being ignored, so she stormed into the restaurant, causing a commotion. She then tried to feel better by drinking at the bar. The next morning, with a hangover, she had no memory of the scene she’d made.
Sally stopped by Carla’s house at number 6 to deliver some mail, and ended up confiding in her about her troubled marriage. Feeling stressed and frustrated, she then called Tim and asked him to pick up his wife.
5. Tyrone Dobbs rounds on Carl Webster

I’m really worried about Kevin. He’s completely fallen apart after everything that’s happened. I saw him looking at an old photo of him and Debbie when they were happy, and it just broke my heart. Then, he just… lost it. He started throwing things and completely wrecking his living room. Tyrone actually saw the whole thing, it was awful.
Ty is furious about the destruction Carl caused and goes to his apartment to demand answers. Using his crutch for leverage, Ty corners Carl and forces him to explain what happened.
Coronation Street airs weeknights at 8.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
