HBO has released the first trailer for season 3 of Euphoria, and announced when viewers can finally expect the new episodes of the Emmy-winning series.
The highly anticipated third season, featuring the return of stars Zendaya, Jacob Elordi, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, and Hunter Schafer, will premiere on Sky Atlantic and NOW on April 13, 2026.
Okay, so Season 3 is going to jump ahead five years! Last time we left things, Rue was in a really tough spot, deeply in debt to that scary drug dealer, Laurie, and Nate finally caused his dad to get arrested. It’s going to be fascinating to see how everyone’s dealt with all that fallout after five years have passed.
The new trailer follows Rue as she goes about her life after high school.
In the video, she reflects on the years after graduating high school, admitting things weren’t quite as she’d imagined. However, she also shares that it was around this time she started to develop a sense of hope.
But that all soon comes to an end when Laurie shows up, reminding her that she owes her money.
Cassie and Nate, who had a secret relationship last season, are getting married. However, Nate seems bothered by the explicit content Cassie is creating for her work.
“I work all day and my bride-to-be is spreadeagled on the internet”, he says.

Showrunner Sam Levinson shared with The Hollywood Reporter that the upcoming season focuses on what happens when characters leave the familiar structure of school.
We all agreed that we weren’t going to portray high school students – despite the fact that many shows feature actors who are much older playing those roles, we weren’t going to do that.
He explained that five years seemed like a logical point to check in, as that’s around the time someone would typically finish college if they’d gone.
Season 3 will bring back Eric Dane, Chloe Cherry, Dominic Fike, Nika King, and Colman Domingo. Joining them this season are new cast members Danielle Deadwyler, Eli Roth, Natasha Lyonne, Rosalía, Marshawn Lynch, Sam Trammell, and Asante Blackk.
After a wait of over four years since its second season aired on HBO, Euphoria is finally back with its third season. The delay was caused by a number of things, including busy schedules for the show’s popular cast and the writers’ and actors’ strikes of 2023.
