All 8 Marvel Movies Releasing After Wonder Man

The new Marvel movie, Wonder Man, is another step towards the big finale of the Multiverse Saga. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has become incredibly popular and remains the most expansive shared universe in film history. Wonder Man introduces new characters while revisiting some favorites, and its release brings the franchise closer to the massive crossover event planned to wrap up the current saga.

Although Wonder Man is currently slated to be a big MCU film launching in 2026, it’s just one of several movies planned for that year. Many other MCU projects are in the works, even if they don’t have official release dates yet. These confirmed films promise plenty of exciting content for fans following Wonder Man.

Honorable Mention: Deadpool 4

Recent reports indicate Ryan Reynolds is now concentrating on the next Deadpool movie within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. There’s talk that Deadpool 4 could be another team-up film – and considering the previous movies, that wouldn’t be surprising. While nothing is confirmed, the huge success of Deadpool & Wolverine makes a team-up movie very likely.

8) Spider-Man: Brand New Day (July 31, 2026)

Among the many Marvel Cinematic Universe films planned for 2026, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is generating a lot of excitement. The movie will continue Spider-Man’s story from where No Way Home ended, and will also include appearances by the Hulk and the Punisher. Currently scheduled for release on July 31, 2026, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is the first MCU film slated to come out after Wonder Man.

7) Avengers: Doomsday (December 18, 2026)

Ever since the first actors were announced for Avengers: Doomsday, excitement for the movie has been growing rapidly. Set to premiere on December 18, 2026, Avengers: Doomsday will bring back many beloved characters in what promises to be the most ambitious film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe so far. As the first of a two-part finale to the Multiverse Saga, Doomsday is expected to be a massive and impressive cinematic event.

6) Avengers: Secret Wars (December 17, 2027)

After the cast for Doomsday was revealed, fans quickly started guessing which characters would be in Avengers: Secret Wars. Currently, Secret Wars is the only Marvel film with a confirmed release date – December 17, 2027 – and it’s expected to be a huge event for the Marvel Cinematic Universe, much like Avengers: Endgame. It’s shaping up to be a can’t-miss movie for Marvel fans.

5) Armor Wars (TBC)

“Armor Wars” has been in development for a long time within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Initially planned as a TV series, it’s now being developed as a movie. While there’s no official release date yet, many believe it won’t come out until after “Secret Wars.” The story will center around War Machine and the impact of Tony Stark’s technology, and it has a lot of promise, though very few details have been revealed so far.

4) Blade (TBC)

The news of a new Blade movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe was very exciting, but unfortunately, the project has faced numerous delays. While Mahershala Ali is set to star as the iconic vampire hunter Blade and Mia Goth will play Lilith, the film, first announced in 2019, still doesn’t have a release date and is now looking for its third director.

3) Shang-Chi 2 (TBC)

Fans are still waiting for news about Shang-Chi 2, a sequel that was announced soon after the first movie came out. While Marvel has confirmed it’s in development, details are scarce. Most believe the film won’t be released until after Secret Wars, since Shang-Chi is set to appear in Doomsday in late 2026.

2) Black Panther 3 (TBC)

Okay, so a third Black Panther movie isn’t officially happening yet, but everything I’m hearing suggests it’s definitely in the works. Denzel Washington actually let slip he’s been offered a part! Then, Kevin Feige hinted at another Black Panther film that hasn’t been announced. We don’t have any solid details or a release date just yet, but if the buzz is true, we can expect it eventually.

1) The X-Men (TBC)

Bringing the X-Men into the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be challenging, especially when it comes to recasting the characters. However, Marvel has confirmed that mutants will be part of the MCU. There’s talk that the new X-Men team will feature younger versions of the heroes we expect to see in Avengers: Doomsday, and that their story will become a major focus for the franchise. While we don’t know when a movie might come out, it’s already one of the most anticipated projects, following the release of Wonder Man.
