Season 3 of Jujutsu Kaisen is gearing up to dive into the Culling Game, and a new preview for Episode 5 offers a first glimpse of what’s coming. Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game Part 1 began this year with a special double-length premiere, showing Yuji Itadori and the remaining Jujutsu Sorcerers dealing with the aftermath of the Shibuya Incident. However, they soon discovered this was only the start of a much bigger scheme by Kenjaku, who aims to collect a massive amount of Cursed Energy in one location.
The anime Jujutsu Kaisen is currently focusing on Yuji and his friends getting ready for the Culling Game tournament. First, though, they need to find a strong ally. Yuji and Megumi are searching for Kinji Hakari, a mysterious student who’s been mentioned briefly before. Yuta believes Hakari might even be more powerful than himself, and a preview for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 5 hints at his abilities.
How to Watch Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 Episode 5

The next episode of Jujutsu Kaisen: The Culling Game Part 1 will be available on Crunchyroll starting Thursday, January 29th, at 8:30 AM Pacific Time. It will be available to viewers in North and South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, India, and Southeast Asia. After a particularly exciting recent episode, fans are hoping this next installment will maintain the same high level of quality.
Okay, so after the amazing two-episode start to this season of Jujutsu Kaisen, things had to take a breath. This episode, like the third one, was really about setting up the rules for the Culling Game arc – and honestly, it’s pretty complex! A lot of fans, including me, found all the explanations a bit of a drag, and it ended up being one of the lowest-rated episodes so far. It’s a shame, because I’m excited for the arc itself, but this episode felt a little slow.
What’s Next for the Culling Game?

The highly anticipated Culling Game hasn’t begun in Jujutsu Kaisen yet, but it’s about to kick off as Yuji and his friends finalize their plans. We can expect to meet new characters – both allies and enemies – before the main battles start. Once the game begins, it’s going to be non-stop action! Fans will need to be patient, but hopefully, the series will deliver both exciting fights and a meaningful story.
The latest preview shows Panda going through a significant personal change as the story heads into the Culling Game. This season promises a lot of intense moments and hardship even before the tournament begins, and fans might be surprised by what’s coming for Panda.
