Kelly Osbourne is still reeling from the loss of Ozzy Osbourne.
Six months after her father passed away from a heart attack at age 76, the reality TV star shared she wasn’t feeling well as she prepared for the 2026 Grammy Awards. The awards show will include a performance honoring her father, Ozzy, on February 1st.
Kelly Clarkson admitted she’s been struggling, telling viewers on the Grammys red carpet that she wasn’t doing well despite appearances. She described it as the most difficult experience of her life.
Despite the challenges, the 41-year-old shared that she was coping and focused on honoring his memory and finding happiness.
Kelly, accompanied by her fiancé Sid Wilson, was excited to see Ozzy honored at the ceremony. The tribute included a performance by Post Malone, along with Slash, Duff McKagan, and Chad Smith.
She said the recognition for the Black Sabbath singer was deeply meaningful. “It’s amazing to see his fellow musicians and the music community show him so much love and appreciation – he truly deserves it. It’s going to be a very touching moment,” she explained.
Kelly emphasized that she was there to support her mother, Sharon Osbourne, explaining, “This is about her just as much as it’s about me.”
“He wouldn’t have been him without her,” Kelly continued, “and vice versa.”

After her father’s death, the singer of “Papa Don’t Preach” has openly discussed the challenges she’s been going through, particularly following criticism about her appearance, with some people commenting that she looked unwell.
She shared in an Instagram Story in December that she wasn’t feeling well and that her life had been turned upside down. She expressed frustration with people expecting her to quickly recover and appear okay when she was struggling.
She said simply getting up and trying to live her life should be enough, and that she deserves credit for doing so.
