Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) is reeling in EastEnders after his partner, Vicki Fowler (Alice Haig), revealed a shocking secret.
This week has been incredibly difficult for the couple. Their son, Joel Murray, was on trial facing serious charges, including assault, invasion of privacy, and creating and sharing illegal images of a child.
Vicki courageously shared what happened during the terrible attack in court. While his guilty plea offered some relief, she found it hard to feel any joy. Knowing a young man was going to prison was upsetting, and she wished the whole ordeal had never occurred.

Everyone at The Vic was celebrating her victory, which was lovely, but honestly, all I wanted was to be with Ross and finally start building our life together. It was heartbreaking seeing Zack Hudson – James Farrar, who played him – watching me choose Ross, especially knowing we’d been close just a few days before. He looked completely devastated, and it was a really tough moment.
As fans may remember, this isn’t the first time these two have shared a romantic connection – last year, her aunt Kathy Beale saw them kissing.

You know, in the latest episode, Ross was really trying to turn over a new leaf. He decided he wanted to start a handyman business – he was actually putting a plan into motion to get it going!
I was really getting into the drama at the Boxing Den when Vicki’s brother, Mark, noticed the obvious connection between her and Zack. You could just feel the tension – even though Vicki was trying to convince herself she was over Zack, it was clear she was still fighting an attraction and couldn’t quite let go.
Mark urged her to follow her heart, but she insisted Ross was the one for her.
Things got even more complicated when he found out Ross was planning to propose, hoping to make their relationship official again. Zack, overhearing this, panicked and impulsively gave his phone number to a woman he met at the pub.

Vicki was upset to learn he was already seeing someone else. After Mark told her about his plans, she went home.
A path of rose petals guided her into the living room, where he was kneeling, ready to propose. When he asked the question, Vicki was overjoyed.
As Mark walked up behind her, she felt a sense of dread because she knew she had to admit she’d been unfaithful. She couldn’t go forward with their engagement unless she was honest about what had happened.
Is this the end for Vicki and Ross?
