A New Elden Ring TTRPG Is Coming
A new tabletop role-playing game based on Elden Ring is in development, focusing on the ‘Nightreign’ content. The game is being created by Group SNE, a Japanese company that has previously made tabletop RPGs for games like Elden Ring, Dark Souls, and Armored Core. It’s currently expected to be released as early as spring 2026.
Information about the project is still a bit scarce, but Japanese readers can find more details in the latest issue of GM Warlock (as reported on X). Nightreign is a really promising new tabletop role-playing game that fans of games like Sword World are likely to enjoy.
The Nightreign tabletop RPG will probably play a lot like the video game, letting players start each new campaign with a fresh character and test their skills against the relentless enemies of Limveld to see how long they can last.
It’s Aiming To Launch In Spring
The tabletop role-playing game Nightreign is launching this spring. Keep an eye on Group SNE’s social media for the latest updates. Based on their previous release, the Elden Ring TTRPG from 2023, players can expect new and interesting character classes and a fresh way to play.
It doesn’t look like an English version of the Nightreign tabletop RPG is planned for release in the near future, and previous FromSoftware tabletop RPGs from SNE haven’t been officially released in English either. However, some players on Reddit have found they can play the games using Google Translate, although the translations aren’t perfect.
