It’s a new series they’re doing that gathers all the best MCU and DCU news each week, which is incredibly helpful for staying in the loop.

MCU Post-Credits: Hulk Rumors, Storm Rumors, And More

Mark Ruffalo and Tatiana Maslany recently discussed their roles as Hulk and She-Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Ruffalo confirmed he’ll be in the upcoming Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie, but hinted he might not appear in Doomsday. However, he also suggested he’s still collaborating with Marvel on future projects, likely including Secret Wars.

Tatiana Maslany, who plays She-Hulk, recently addressed rumors that she declined to reprise the role in a potential Avengers: Doomsday movie. She remained deliberately vague when asked about the possibility of returning to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Halle Berry recently discussed the possibility of reprising her role as Storm in the Marvel Cinematic Universe while promoting her new film, Crime 101, with Mark Ruffalo and Chris Hemsworth. Though she didn’t confirm anything, Berry hinted that Storm might appear in Secret Wars rather than Doomsday. Hemsworth jokingly said he’d push for her inclusion in Secret Wars as well.

Ian McKellen recently confirmed that his comments about Magneto causing trouble in New Jersey in the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday were intentional. He initially mentioned it by mistake, but this week indicated that Marvel has given him permission to discuss the plot point now that it’s become public knowledge.

Despite fan hopes, Vincent D’Onofrio has confirmed that ongoing legal issues continue to prevent him from reprising his role as Kingpin in any upcoming Spider-Man films. Many believe Marvel Studios and Sony should be actively resolving these issues to allow his return.

  • Clayface Receives A Small Release Delay — It was confirmed this week that Clayface’s release date is changing from September 11 to October 23rd, arguably a much better date for the body-horror DC movie as it puts it squarely during “Spooky Season.”
  • Isabela Merced’s Hawkgirl in Man of Tomorrow — A report from Deadline confirmed Isabela Merced’s return as Hawkgirl in 2027’s Superman sequel. Hopefully, this means other Justice Gang heroes will be returning as well.
  • Superman’s Released Script Explains Big Missing Villain Mystery — Having been featured as toys for 2025’s Superman, the movie’s recently released script confirms Yetis were meant to be featured outside the Fortress of Solitude, though they were ultimately cut.
