Everyone’s been wondering if we’ll finally get a proper look at the Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag remake, but it sounds like it won’t be at this event. A reliable insider, Shinobi602, said the remake isn’t planned for the showcase. The good news is, they also think Ubisoft has a release date picked out, and it’s coming sooner rather than later, which is awesome!

When someone asked why Ubisoft hasn’t released the Black Flag remake yet and if it was finished, Shinobi602 explained that the game isn’t being delayed, but rather that the announcement and release are planned for a future date that’s coming soon.

Hideo Kojima, director of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, is back to editing footage. He mentioned it’s been eight months since he last did video editing, and his recent post suggests he’s working on a trailer to be shown at the upcoming State of Play event.

Because of this, the recent trailer could be announcing the game’s release on PC.
