Bad Bunny won’t be saying “cheese” anytime soon.
Just hours after his performance at the Super Bowl Halftime Show on February 8th, the Grammy-winning artist deleted all of his posts from Instagram.
The 31-year-old artist, Bad Bunny (whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio), took things a step further by also removing his profile picture and unfollowing everyone he previously connected with. He left only one thing on his profile: a link to his upcoming 2025 album, Debí Tirar Más Fotos.
It’s unclear why he suddenly changed his social media, or if it suggests new music is on the way. This change follows his elaborate Super Bowl halftime performance at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, where the Seattle Seahawks defeated the New England Patriots.
Bad Bunny kicked off his energetic performance wearing a white outfit, starting with the song “Tití Me Preguntó.” The stage was set in a field of sugar cane, surrounded by dancers. Throughout his show, he celebrated Puerto Rican culture, showcasing scenes of everyday life like men playing dominoes, kids napping at parties, traditional homes, and people enjoying shaved ice treats called piragua.
No Super Bowl halftime show is complete without a few surprises! During his energetic performance, Usher was joined on stage by stars like Cardi B, Alix Earle, Jessica Alba, Pedro Pascal, and Karol G as he launched into his song “Yo Perreo Sola.”
He surprised the audience by bringing out Lady Gaga for a Latin-infused performance of her song with Bruno Mars, “Die With a Smile.” He also featured Ricky Martin, who gave a heartfelt rendition of Bad Bunny’s “LO QUE LE PASÓ A HAWAii.”

Ahead of the performance, the “MONACO” rapper shared a glimpse into his star-studded lineup.
Oh my gosh, he said it! During the Apple Music thing on February 5th, he was talking about his guests, and it’s going to be everyone! He said it’s his family, his friends, and the entire Latino community worldwide who have always been there for him, the whole country even! Seriously, he emphasized how many people around the world support him, and it just made me feel so seen and proud to be a fan! It’s like he was talking directly to us!
He was careful not to reveal too much about his performance beforehand, but ultimately, he delivered on everything he’d hinted at.
He didn’t want to reveal any details, but promised it would be enjoyable and simple – all people need to do is dance!
