Dove Cameron Claps Back at Critics Saying She Lost Her “Spark”

Dove Cameron is staying true to her core.

The former Descendants star responded to comments about how much she’s changed since her Disney Channel days, pointing out that it’s normal to look different as you grow up.

I’ve always known she’ll be remembered by many for her early days – that iconic, bubbly 19-year-old with the platinum blonde hair. And honestly, in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, she completely gets it! She said it would be so strange if she was still acting like that teenager now that she’s 30. It makes total sense – people grow and change, and she’s definitely embraced that.

She noticed people on TikTok talking about a certain ‘spark’ she had when she was on Disney, and she found it amusing. She explained that the only real difference is a change in hair color, and that she’s essentially the same person now that she’s thirty.

Dove Cameron first became well-known as a young actress on the Disney Channel series Liv and Maddie. She then starred in Disney’s popular Descendants movies. More recently, she’s been focusing on her music career and is currently appearing in 56 Days, a new, suspenseful series available on Prime Video.

Dove Cameron understands she’s changed since becoming famous on Disney at age 17, and she accepts that some people will always see her as that younger version of herself. She’s comfortable with that.

She acknowledged that many people will always see her as the child star she once was, but she doesn’t view this negatively. She realizes that how people perceive her is separate from who she truly is, and she’s understood that for a long time. While it doesn’t always feel that way, she accepts that for many, she remains a nostalgic figure from their childhoods – a pleasant memory from the past.

And Dove insisted that she also looks back fondly on her early career.

She explained that if something brings them joy, that’s wonderful for them. She realized she doesn’t need to continue doing things just to please them, but they can still both cherish shared memories. She enjoyed their past together, and she’s happy with what she’s doing now. She hopes others will appreciate her current path, but it shouldn’t cause conflict.

Oh my gosh, you guys, it’s just…seeing Olivia Rodrigo evolve is amazing! She dropped Alchemical: Volume 1 last year, and it was like, a total turning point. She’s talked about how she didn’t just snap out of her Disney persona, it was a slow change, which I totally get! That’s probably why some people still see her as that younger version, but honestly, she’s so much more now. It’s just incredible to watch her grow and become her own artist!

I didn’t really have a defining moment where I suddenly felt like an adult and decided to prove it to everyone. I just sort of grew into it by not actively trying to rebel or change things,” she said.

Dove explained she never felt the urge to make a sudden, dramatic career change. She believes that as long as she continues to work and pursues what feels right for her as she ages, her work will naturally evolve with her.

Her most recent album truly captured her personal journey, with songs that honestly explored themes of love, loss, and overcoming challenges.

She believes her music was a major factor in shifting perceptions. Some saw it as a significant change in direction, but for her, it simply meant she was no longer tied to creating music for children and could finally write what she wanted.

“It was never really stark,” she added. “It was never zero to a hundred.”

Jonathan Taylor Thomas became well-known in 1991 for his role as the intelligent and lovable middle child, Randy Taylor, on the show Home Improvement. Throughout the 1990s, he also appeared in several films, including voicing young Simba in The Lion King (though another actor provided the singing voice) and starring alongside Brad Renfro in Tom and Huck (1995) and Devon Sawa in Wild America (1997).

In 1998, he left the show Home Improvement (his character, Randy, moved to Costa Rica) to concentrate on his education, though he continued to participate in other activities.

In 2004, he played a recurring character on 8 Simple Rules. Then, in 2013, he worked with Tim Allen again – this time directing and appearing in multiple episodes of Last Man Standing, where Allen played his TV dad.

Even though Jonathan Taylor Thomas stepped away from acting to focus on his personal life – he graduated from Columbia University in 2010 – he still manages to grab attention. Whenever a photo of him surfaces, it quickly spreads online.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve always been fascinated by child stars who manage to navigate fame and grow up relatively well-adjusted. And few made a bigger splash at such a young age than Jake Lipnicki! Remember Jerry Maguire? He absolutely held his own against Tom Cruise – seriously, that kid was charming! He followed that up with a string of adorable roles in films like Stuart Little, Doctor Dolittle (he was the voice of Baby Tiger, how cute!), The Little Vampire, and Little Mike. He even popped up on Dawson’s Creek! But what I really admire is that he intentionally stepped away from the spotlight to enjoy a normal high school experience – a really smart move, if you ask me.

In 2017, actor Jake Lipnicki shared on Instagram that he was bullied during middle school, hoping his story would help others going through similar experiences.

He was severely bullied as a child, and surprisingly, some of his tormentors later tried to connect with him on Facebook, seemingly having forgotten how badly they’d treated him. He remembered being told his career was over and that he’d never work again, which led to nightly panic attacks fueled by dread of further embarrassment. Despite everything, he persevered and now feels grateful for his life, hoping to share the message that things can improve.

Even now, he continues to act, most recently appearing in the 2023 Lifetime movie Secrets at the Museum. Originally from Los Angeles, he’s also a skilled martial artist with a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. In May 2021, he volunteered to help protect a local synagogue during a time of increased anti-Semitic incidents.

Wilson starred in Mrs. Doubtfire at 6 and Matilda at 9 before putting acting on the back burner.

In 2016, the writer and activist published her memoir, Where Am I Now?: True Stories of Girlhood and Accidental Fame. She’s also made appearances on the show Broad City and lent her voice to several animated series, including BoJack Horseman, Big Hero 6: The Series, and Helluva Boss.

Wilson once shared that a former friend, with a cheerful tone, asked her if she felt she’d already reached the best part of her life. In a February 2021 opinion piece for The New York Times about the challenges of early fame for young women, she explained that she didn’t know what to say at the time. Now, however, she’d respond by saying that question was misguided. She believes she hasn’t peaked, because she’s no longer letting others define her story – she’s taking control and writing it herself.

By the time Joseph Gordon-Levitt played Tommy Solomon on 3rd Rock From the Sun, he was already an experienced actor. The show began airing in 1996 when he was 14 years old, the same year he appeared as Demi Moore’s son in the thriller film The Jury.

He quickly became known for diverse roles, playing the charming love interest in the 1999 film 10 Things I Hate About You, a street-smart character in 2004’s Mysterious Skin, and a determined teenager investigating his ex-girlfriend’s disappearance in the 2005 neo-noir film Brick.

Even though he looked young well into his twenties, Joseph Gordon-Levitt quickly proved he could play a wide range of adult roles. Some of his most notable performances include films like 500 Days of Summer, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Inception, 50/50, The Dark Knight Rises, Looper, Lincoln, Don Jon (which he also wrote and directed), and Snowden. More recently, he’s taken on roles based on real events, portraying a prosecutor in The Trial of the Chicago 7 and Uber co-founder Travis Kalanick in the series Super Pumped.

He quietly married Tasha McCauley in 2014 and they share three children.

Natalie Portman gained recognition early in her career thanks to her remarkably mature performance in the 1994 film The Professional, and she’s consistently delivered strong work ever since. Starting with that impressive debut, she’s appeared in a wide variety of successful films, including the Star Wars prequels, the Thor and Avengers movies, critically acclaimed independent films like Beautiful Girls and Garden State, comedies such as Mars Attacks! and Your Highness, serious dramas like Closer and Brothers, and thrilling, thought-provoking films like V for Vendetta and Annihilation.

Natalie Portman won an Academy Award for her performance as a troubled ballerina in the 2010 film Black Swan, and received another nomination for portraying Jacqueline Kennedy following her husband’s assassination in Jackie. She also made her directorial debut in 2015 with A Tale of Love and Darkness, which she adapted from Amos Oz’s autobiographical novel.

She married choreographer Benjamin Millepied in 2012, and they have two children, a son named Aleph and a daughter named Amalia. They divorced in 2024.

Cameron Jones is best remembered for his role on the popular early 2000s sitcom Two and a Half Men, where he played the son of Jon Cryer’s character and the nephew of Charlie Sheen’s. In 2012, a video appeared online of Jones criticizing the show, calling it inappropriate. The video was actually part of a longer, 15-minute religious speech he gave for Forerunner Chronicles, a Seventh-day Adventist organization based in Alabama.

Look, I’ve been there – we all say things we regret. In my experience, owning up to mistakes is crucial, and that’s exactly what Jones did. He publicly apologized for not showing enough respect to his coworkers and for taking his good fortune for granted. It was a sincere acknowledgment that he hadn’t fully appreciated the people around him or the amazing position he was in, and a promise to do better. It’s a good reminder for all of us to practice gratitude and treat everyone with the respect they deserve.

The actor soon left the series, but returned for the finale in 2015.

During his last season on the CBS sitcom, actor Jones reportedly earned $350,000 per episode. He recently told KHOU in Houston that he felt the show trivialized serious real-world issues, and he admitted to feeling like a “paid hypocrite” for participating despite his discomfort.

Before a small, unconfirmed role in the 2023 Max series Bookie, his most recent acting work was in Horace & Pete, a limited series created by Louis C.K. in 2016.

Jones described his time at the University of Colorado at Boulder as a normal period in his life, as he shared with People magazine in 2016. He admitted to once being very pessimistic, but explained he was now enjoying life and feeling much more relaxed. He said he no longer felt constantly on edge or like he was walking into dangerous situations.

As a huge Daniel Radcliffe fan, I’ve always admired how determined he is to show people he’s so much more than just Harry Potter. He’s really thrown himself into diverse roles – I loved seeing him tackle serious stage dramas like Equus and The Cripple of Inishmaan, and he was fantastic in How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Beyond that, his film choices have been brilliant – portraying Allen Ginsberg in Kill Your Darlings was captivating, and even his quirky role in Swiss Army Man showed his willingness to take risks. And let’s not forget his incredible performance as an opioid-addicted doctor in A Young Doctor’s Notebook – he’s truly a versatile actor!

Recently, he finished four seasons on Miracle Workers, starred as Weird Al Yankovic in Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, and returned to the stage in a Broadway revival of Merrily We Roll Along.

On a personal note, Radcliffe is dad to a son with longtime partner Erin Darke.

Jodie Foster began her acting career around the age of six with a role in the television series Mayberry R.F.D., a spin-off of The Andy Griffith Show. At just fourteen, she received her first Academy Award nomination for her powerful performance in Taxi Driver, where she played a vulnerable young girl, and her character’s situation fuels Robert De Niro’s character’s violent actions. That same year, 1976, she also starred in the lighthearted Freaky Friday, helping to establish her as a popular and well-known child actress.

Jodie Foster balanced her education at Yale with her acting career. She achieved early recognition, winning her first Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in 1988 for her powerful portrayal of a woman who bravely pursued legal action after a gang rape in the film The Accused. She then expanded her career behind the camera, directing the feature film Little Man Tate in 1991. The following year, in 1992, she won the Best Actress Oscar for her compelling performance as a determined FBI trainee in The Silence of the Lambs.

The acclaimed actress and filmmaker received the Cecil B. DeMille Award for lifetime achievement at the 2013 Golden Globes. More recently, she’s focused on directing television, having directed episodes of popular shows like House of Cards, Black Mirror, and Orange Is the New Black. Notable film roles this century include appearances in Panic Room, Inside Man, Elysium, Hotel Artemis, and The Mauritanian, for which she unexpectedly won a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in 2021.

She has two sons with her former partner, Cydney Bernard, and she married photographer and director Alexandra Hedison in 2014.

Given Jodie Foster’s own experience as a child actress, it made sense that she would guide Kristen Stewart while they played mother and daughter in David Fincher’s 2002 film, Panic Room. Similar to Foster, Stewart has had a complicated relationship with fame, but it’s been amplified by the internet, especially after landing the role of Bella Swan in the Twilight series around age 16, which truly changed her life.

In a 2019 interview with Stellar magazine, Kristen Stewart recalled that Jodie Foster once doubted she’d stick with acting. Stewart clarified this wasn’t about Foster questioning her ability, but rather her naturally reserved personality. “I enjoy my work a lot,” Stewart said, “but I get why she’d have thought that about me when I was younger. I really admire her.”

Since finishing the Twilight films, the actress and Chanel ambassador has consistently found work. While she briefly attempted a Charlie’s Angels reboot in 2019, she’s mostly focused on smaller, more personal projects. These include acclaimed films like The Clouds of Sils Maria – for which she made history as the first American to win a César Award (the French Oscars) – the unsettling drama Personal Shopper, and films inspired by real lives, Seberg and Spencer.

Following her public relationship with Robert Pattinson, I’ve watched Kristen Stewart really embrace dating women, and it’s wonderful to see! She eventually married Dylan Meyer in 2025, and they seem incredibly happy together.

Long before Josh Brolin became famous for his role as Thanos in the Marvel movies – the character who famously snapped his fingers and erased half of all life – he started his acting career as a teenager. In 1985, he played the older brother, Brandon Walsh, in the classic adventure film The Goonies. He portrayed Brandon as cool, a little annoyed, but ultimately caring and protective.

Brolin continued to act in many films, including Flirting With Disaster, Mimic, and No Country for Old Men, which earned the Best Picture Oscar and helped revitalize his career. He also appeared in American Gangster, W. (where he played George W. Bush), and Milk, earning an Oscar nomination for his portrayal of Dan White, the man who killed Harvey Milk. Other notable roles include Jonah Hex, True Grit, Sicario, Deadpool 2, and the massive hits Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, where he played Thanos using CGI. More recently, he’s been in the sci-fi film Dune, both the first part and the upcoming sequels.

Josh Brolin has two children with his first wife, Alice Adair. He was then married to Diane Lane from 2004 to 2013. He married Kathryn Boyd in 2016, and they have two daughters together: Westlyn Reign Brolin, born in 2018, and Chapel Grace Brolin, born in December 2020.

She started her film career at around age 10, appearing in movies with Cher and Winona Ryder. She was in Mermaids in 1990, and the following year, she starred as the delightfully gloomy Wednesday Addams in The Addams Family.

Christina Ricci continued to gain recognition in the 1990s with films like Casper and Now and Then. She then built a career playing complex characters in movies such as The Opposite of Sex, Buffalo ’66, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Sleepy Hollow, Prozac Nation, Pumpkin, and Monster. In Monster, she portrayed the girlfriend of serial killer Aileen Wuornos, a role famously played by Charlize Theron, who won an Oscar for her performance.

Over the last three decades, Christina Ricci has consistently chosen bold and unconventional roles. From portraying a stylish flight attendant in the TV series Pan Am to enduring a challenging situation in Black Snake Moan, and embodying compelling historical figures like ax murderer Lizzie Borden in The Lizzie Borden Chronicles and author Zelda Fitzgerald in Z: The Beginning of Everything, Ricci has consistently taken on fascinating and adventurous parts.

Ricci has two children: a son named Freddie with her former husband, James Heerdegen, and a daughter named Cleopatra with her current husband, Mark Hampton.

In October 2021, Yellowjackets actress Melanie Lynskey married hairstylist Mark Hampton. That December, they welcomed their daughter, Cleopatra.

Macaulay Culkin became a household name with a single scream in Home Alone when he was just 10 years old, but he’d been acting in TV movies and films like Uncle Buck and Jacob’s Ladder since he was around 5. After taking a break from acting following 1994’s Ri¢hie Ri¢h, he’s returned to it on his own terms, often appearing in smaller, impactful films like Party Monster and Saved. He’s also pursued his passions as a musician and painter.

Macaulay Culkin, known for his voice work on Robot Chicken and a cameo as a barista on The Jim Gaffigan Show, is set to appear in the tenth season of American Horror Story, which is scheduled to premiere in 2021, assuming pandemic safety measures are in place.

The actor is engaged to Brenda Song and they have two sons. Their first son, Dakota Song Culkin, is named after the actor’s sister, Dakota, who tragically passed away in 2008. Their second son, Carson, made his first public appearance at his father’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony on December 1, 2023, when he was just one year old.

Kieran Culkin started his acting career with a memorable role as Fuller, Kevin McCallister’s cousin who loves Pepsi, in the popular film Home Alone, which also launched his brother’s career.

Known for early roles in films like Father of the Bride, She’s All That, Igby Goes Down, and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, he truly transformed his career with his Emmy-winning performance as the sharp-tongued Roman Roy in Succession, leaving behind his teen idol image.

As a lifestyle observer, I have to say 2025 was the year for Kieran! He was absolutely racking up accolades, and I was thrilled – though not surprised – when he took home the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his incredible work in A Real Pain. It was a well-deserved win, and a fantastic moment for his career.

He and his wife, Jazz Charton, are parents to three children: Kinsey Sioux, Wilder Wolf, and a new baby who was expected in September 2025, as announced by Kieran’s Succession co-star, Sarah Snook.

Dakota Fanning’s career has seemed to jump quickly from playing young versions of characters in shows like Ally McBeal and the movie I Am Sam to a starring role as a pioneering female detective in the historical drama The Alienist. However, that perception isn’t quite accurate.

Let me tell you, Dakota Fanning has been consistently delivering amazing work for over two decades! From films like Uptown Girls and Charlotte’s Web to more dramatic roles in Man on Fire and War of the Worlds, she’s truly versatile. She’s also tackled some really interesting parts – you might remember her from the Twilight saga, The Secret Life of Bees, or even portraying Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme, a follower of Charles Manson, in Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood. It’s been incredible to watch her grow as an actress!

Dakota Fanning acted alongside her sister Elle Fanning in the movie The Nightingale. She also received a Golden Globe nomination in 2025 for playing Marge Sherwood in the Netflix series Ripley.

Though she began her career playing a young version of her sister Dakota’s character in the film I Am Sam – known as “Lucy 2 years” – Elle Fanning has since established herself as a unique and successful actor with her own distinct style.

Elle started her career like many young actors, playing the children of established stars in films like Daddy Day Care, The Door in the Floor, Babel, and Reservation Road. She also appeared in episodes of popular TV shows like the CSI series, Criminal Minds, House, and Law & Order: SVU – often in roles she was likely too young to fully understand. As she grew older, Elle continued to work in a wide variety of films, including family-friendly movies like We Bought a Zoo and Maleficent, young adult stories like Super 8 and Twixt, serious dramas such as Trumbo and 20th Century Women, and even darker, more fantastical projects like The Neon Demon and The Beguiled.

She’s also taken on notable roles, portraying Mary Shelley in a movie about her life and Catherine the Great in the Hulu comedy series, The Great.

The actress and singer has matured since first becoming famous on the Disney Channel’s Lizzie McGuire. She then continued her career with popular, family-oriented movies and shows like Agent Cody Banks, Cheaper by the Dozen, and A Cinderella Story.

After a period without major roles, Hilary Duff has been impressive in Younger, playing a complex coworker to Sutton Foster’s character—a 40-year-old woman pretending to be a millennial—in the popular TV Land series, which will be back for a seventh season. While a spin-off focusing on Duff’s Younger character, Kelsey, sounded promising, many longtime fans were especially eager to see her reprise her role as Lizzie in a planned Disney+ reboot. Sadly, those plans for a revival of the show have been cancelled.

She has since starred in two seasons of  How I Met Your Father.

I’ve been following Hilary Duff for years, and it’s been lovely to watch her family grow! She and Mike Comrie, her first husband and the father of her son Luca, went their separate ways in 2014 after four years together. Thankfully, she found love again with Matthew Koma. They welcomed their daughter Banks in 2018 and then got married the following year. Their family continued to expand with the arrival of Mae in 2021, and most recently, they welcomed little Townes in May 2024. It’s so wonderful to see her so happy with her growing family!

Candace Cameron Bure, known as the older sister D.J. Tanner on the show Full House (which aired from 1987 to 1995), is also the younger sister of actor Kirk Cameron. Her character’s style, particularly her crimped hair, was widely copied by 12-year-old fans.

She’s appeared in many TV movies, including some that tackled important issues. One example is the 1996 film No One Would Tell, which was based on the real-life story of a high school student tragically murdered by her abusive boyfriend after months of silent suffering. It’s a story that remains deeply affecting even today.

Lately, Candace Cameron Bure has become a Hallmark Channel favorite. After co-hosting The View for two seasons and reprising her role with the Tanner family in five seasons of Netflix’s Fuller House, she now stars in Hallmark’s popular Christmas movies and the Aurora Teagarden murder-mystery series, which is based on novels by Charlaine Harris.

In 2021, she and her husband, former NHL player Valeri Bure, marked their 25th wedding anniversary. They have three children together.

Jodie Sweetin, best known for playing Stephanie Tanner on Full House for eight seasons, faced challenges with substance abuse. She openly shared her experiences in her 2009 autobiography, unSweetined.

Between 2002 and 2016, three marriages kept her in the public eye, as did a short-lived engagement to Justin Hodak. Hodak ultimately violated a restraining order she’d obtained against him and was later sentenced to over six years in prison in 2019 for possessing a dangerous weapon and providing false evidence.

Oh my gosh, ever since 2008, she’s been amazing and sober! And can we talk about how she came back as DJ Tanner?! Five whole seasons of Fuller House on Netflix – I rewatched them ALL! But it doesn’t stop there, she’s been killing it in Hallmark movies too! Like, Merry and Bright in 2019 was the perfect Christmas movie, and Just Swipe? So cute! Seriously, she’s just incredible, especially as a mom to Zoie and Beatrix. I’m obsessed!

As a lifestyle expert, I always find it fascinating to see how child stars navigate their careers – and the Olsen twins are a prime example! You probably remember them as little Michelle Tanner on Full House, growing up right before our eyes. But what many people don’t realize is that they didn’t just stop at TV. They cleverly built a whole empire! From starring in movies to launching their own clothing lines, books, and even a production company, they turned that early success into a truly impressive and lasting brand. It’s a masterclass in building a successful and diverse career.

After 2004’s New York Minute, Mary-Kate continued acting with a role on the show Weeds and appearances in the films The Wackness and Beastly. Ashley, however, stepped away from acting. Today, both sisters are highly successful in the fashion world as the co-founders of the award-winning brands The Row and Elizabeth & James.

Ashley and her husband, Louis Eisner, welcomed their first child in 2023. Mary-Kate married Olivier Sarkozy in 2015, but they divorced in 2020.

Before Leonardo DiCaprio became a famous movie star, activist, and Oscar winner for The Revenant, he had a very different beginning. In 1991, he played a homeless teenager named Luke who was taken in by the Seaver family on the show Growing Pains. Even then, he was an actor with a remarkably youthful appearance – he was 16 and had already been acting for years. DiCaprio quickly gained recognition, earning his first Oscar nomination for What’s Eating Gilbert Grape, and became known for playing complex and troubled young characters in films like A Boy’s Life, The Basketball Diaries, Marvin’s Room, and Romeo + Juliet.

He still kinda looked like a kid in Titanic, but at 22 he had reached full-on heartthrob status.

In the last ten years, Leonardo DiCaprio has appeared in several acclaimed films, including Inception, The Wolf of Wall Street, Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood, The Revenant (for which he finally won an Oscar for Best Actor), and Killers of the Flower Moon.

Accio, adulthood!

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve always admired Emma Watson’s incredible journey! Most of us first fell in love with her as Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, but she’s proven to be so much more than that. She seamlessly transitioned into thought-provoking roles in films like The Perks of Being a Wallflower and The Bling Ring, and even shared the screen with Tom Hanks in The Circle. Then, she absolutely shined as Belle in the live-action Beauty and the Beast and brought a beautiful depth to Meg March in Little Women. But her impact goes way beyond acting – she’s truly dedicated to making a difference. As a UN Goodwill Ambassador, she’s a powerful voice for women’s empowerment and gender equality worldwide. And when she’s not acting or advocating, she’s a savvy entrepreneur – she’s modeled for brands like Prada and Burberry, even launched her own gin company with her brother, Alex, and is currently honing her craft in a creative writing program at Oxford! She’s a true inspiration.

Neil Patrick Harris, originally from New Mexico, achieved early success with a Golden Globe nomination at age 15 for his first role in the 1988 TV movie Clara’s Heart. He played a withdrawn boy who forms a connection with his family’s housekeeper. However, his career could have easily taken a different turn after becoming known for playing a teenage genius doctor on the show Doogie Howser, M.D.—a fact he playfully acknowledged by poking fun at himself in the comedy Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle.

After a period of slowing down due to working too hard early in his career in Hollywood, he stayed busy with theater, appearing in three Broadway productions. Eventually, he landed the perfect television role as the charming Barney Stinson on How I Met Your Mother, which led to four Emmy nominations. In 2010, he was nominated for three Emmys and won two – one for co-producing the 2009 Tony Awards and another for a guest appearance on Glee.

This incredibly talented performer—who excels at acting, singing, dancing, and magic—has hosted the Tony Awards four times, winning an Emmy for the show each time. He’s also hosted the Emmys twice and the Oscars once, in 2015. In 2014, he won a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his leading role in Hedwig and the Angry Inch.

Neil Patrick Harris and his husband, David Burtka, had twins, Gideon and Harper, through surrogacy in 2010. They got married in 2014.

She first gained fame as the adorable Olivia on The Cosby Show when she was just four years old. She then starred in movies like The Little Rascals and the Doctor Dolittle films. In 2003, she led her own popular Disney Channel series, That’s So Raven, where she played a stylish teenage psychic. While starring on that show, she also made appearances in other Disney Channel hits, including The Cheetah Girls, The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, Kim Possible, and Sonny With a Chance.

After her show ended in 2007, Raven-Symoné continued to appear on television, with roles in shows like American Dad, Nashville, State of Georgia, The Jim Gaffigan Show, Master of None, and Drunk History. She also had a recurring part on Black-ish and co-hosted The View for three seasons. In June 2020, she married Miranda Maday.
