Johnny Carter is facing a disturbing offer in EastEnders, while Callum Highway is being ruthlessly blackmailed by investor Tim Walton.
Tim unexpectedly arrived in Walford last week and asked the couple to do something unlawful. He thought they would agree because he’d previously given them money to help Johnny’s business.
He asked Callum to get secret police files that could ruin another lawyer’s career.
Callum strongly opposed the idea and was very angry that Johnny had even suggested he feign a search for the information.

Things got much worse for Callum when his soon-to-be ex-husband, Ben Mitchell, sent a message warning that he could face another decade in prison unless a damaging USB drive was recovered from a specific location.
Johnny advised against it, and wondered whether his partner’s loyalty was beginning to stray.
Callum worried about how a harsher sentence for Ben might affect his daughter, Lexi (Isabella Brown), who had already experienced a lot of disruption. He teamed up with Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) and Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) to track down the necessary technology.

The moment they walked into the luxurious house, they knew they had been tricked – it was full of hidden cameras. They’d fallen into a trap.
It turned out Tim had faked the letter supposedly from Ben, and he also had video evidence of Callum breaking into his house.
Johnny and Callum had a major disagreement today because Callum chose to do what ‘Ben’ wanted. Their argument got heated, and it’s unclear if their relationship will recover.
Callum wanted to show Ben how serious he was about their relationship, so he signed the divorce papers Ben had sent him.

Linda, Johnny’s mother (played by Kellie Carter), angrily accused Tim of being jealous of her son and having no chance with him. Tim retorted that Johnny only became interested after he became very rich.
Tim joined Johnny for a drink, where Johnny begged him to call off the blackmail attempt.
Someone threatened Johnny, telling him the only way to stop him from showing the police a video of the burglary was to spend the night with that person.
Johnny was repulsed by the suggestion. But will he go through with the act to save Callum?
