If you play tabletop roleplaying games, you probably have a collection of dice. Many D&D players, including myself, end up with quite a few! It’s tempting to buy new sets whenever they’re released. Recently, Sirius Dice released a set themed around Baldur’s Gate 3. Now, they’re teaming up with Asmodee and Middle-earth Enterprises to create officially licensed Lord of the Rings accessories for tabletop games.
For years, fans have enjoyed exploring the world of The Lord of the Rings through tabletop games. From role-playing games like The One Ring to the new Foes of Middle-earth, there are many ways to experience Middle-earth at the game table. Now, even if you don’t play a Lord of the Rings role-playing game, you can still include beloved characters, iconic scenes, and famous locations from Tolkien’s stories. This exciting new collaboration will launch its first items this September, coinciding with the Dungeons & Dragons Season of Magic.
New Lord of the Rings Adventure Dice Sets Coming This Fall, And It’s Just the Beginning

Sirius and The Lord of the Rings are teaming up! Sirius will soon release officially licensed tabletop gaming accessories, including their popular Treasure Packs. These packs contain collectible items and large d20 dice inspired by characters from The Lord of the Rings. While details and images aren’t available yet – look for them in January 2027 – fans can expect similar quality and designs as seen in Sirius’s Baldur’s Gate 3 Treasure Packs, which featured impressive oversized d20s. I’m personally hoping for a Samwise Gamgee-themed die!
Alongside the upcoming Treasure Packs, Sirius, Asmodee, and Middle-earth Enterprises are releasing a new set of The Lord of the Rings Adventure Dice. These dice sets usually include the seven standard dice used in many tabletop role-playing games that use a D20 system. Sirius has also created dice for popular franchises like Stranger Things and officially licensed Dungeons & Dragons products.

The new Lord of the Rings dice sets will feature memorable characters, symbols, and scenes from the world of Middle-earth. While the complete collection is still upcoming, it’s likely that many members of the Fellowship will have their own themed dice. These official dice are scheduled to be released in September, so fans won’t have to wait much longer.
Currently, the only confirmed products from this new partnership are Treasure Packs and Adventure Dice. However, the company has announced that more products will be revealed in the coming months. This means we can likely expect other official Lord of the Rings tabletop accessories soon, thanks to this agreement. You can see examples of Sirius’s previous licensed dice and accessories on their website.
