Aaron Rodgers has one thing in mind while hitting the gym. 

The quarterback recently shared that his wife, Brittani, is a major source of motivation for him during the offseason.

During an appearance on The Pat McAfee Show on March 4th, Aaron, 42, stated he wants to maintain his physical attractiveness, specifically to remain desirable to his wife.

And while his love life keeps him disciplined, he admitted it’s not as easy as it once was. 

“It’s harder when you get older,” he added. “You can’t take the same time off as you used to.”

With his 21st NFL season potentially on the horizon, he stressed the importance of consistent dedication to fitness, saying, “You really have to focus on what you eat, how much you sleep, and your training.”

Aaron rarely speaks about his personal life, so his recent comments about his relationship are noteworthy. They come almost a year after he publicly confirmed he was married to Brittani, ending rumors about who his wife was.

He explained that he’s dating someone who values their privacy and isn’t interested in fame. He feels that because he keeps his personal life private, people now perceive him as strange.

Even though people are watching closely, the NFL star doesn’t intend to share more details about his relationship right now.

He made it clear he wants to keep his personal life private, stating, “It’s my private life, and I intend to keep it that way.” He also expressed frustration and embarrassment with the idea that people feel entitled to know details about it, calling the expectation “ridiculous and embarrassing.”

The football player referenced his past relationships—including those with Olivia Munn and Shailene Woodley—and jokingly asked, “How did that work out for me?” implying they hadn’t gone well.
