While many famous heroes are men, DC also features a wealth of equally powerful women. These heroines possess god-like abilities, whether it’s incredible strength or reality-bending magic, and many have spent years mastering their skills in battle. From the depths of the ocean to the furthest corners of space, these powerful women consistently use their gifts to protect others and defeat evil.

While superhero stories often focus on male characters, many women possess even more impressive abilities and talents.

10) Mera

Mera is one of the most powerful beings in the underwater world, second only to Aquaman. Like all Atlantians, she’s incredibly strong and can survive the immense pressure of the deep ocean.
